A little known fact that Fatface in Woolacombe is by far the best Fatface outlet. Much better variety of clothing and the most friendly staff. If you are in the area drop in and say hello. Just wish they were nearer to Birmingham 😃

Whenever we visit wonderful Woolacombe we always make a point of visiting the Fatface store. Such a great shop, super friendly and helpful staff, offering efficient but pleasant service.
Served by Andy twice this week, and he really went out of his way to help.

Great clothes, stylish, well made, long lasting. What more could you ask for?

Popped into Fatface in Woolacombe yesterday and it was a genuine pleasure to be looked after by Andy Grace during my visit. Andy took the time to ask & understand what sort of thing I was looking to find. He was extremely helpful. He had great knowledge of the stock past and present, and of product sizing. I bought a long sleeved Henley top and an Airlie style sweatshirt & left the store feeling most welcome to return which I did the next day, this time with my wife. We were served by Andy & Susie. I bought a gilet but needed it in “tall” length, so they arranged for the right size to be delivered to my nearest store for me to collect and my wife bought a dress & earrings. I rarely enjoy clothes shopping, so want to thank Andy and Susie, they are fantastic brand ambassadors and a credit to Fatface.

Called into Fatface Woolacombe today. We got some amazing items in the sale at fantastic prices.
The staff in this store are always so friendly. Today we were served by Andrew. A very pleasant guy. Also spoke to a lovely young lady called Gracie.Definitely a diamond of a shop.

I visited your store in Woolacombe on Friday and was helped by Sue who I think was the manager. She was beyond helpful and ordered my garment in which arrived today Sunday. She was very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Well done and thank you. I ended up spending some more £ today too!

Fatface @ Woolacombe AMAZING STAFF, great range of clothes. Andy and Marie are so helpful. I had a great time shopping in there today. I always pop in to see what’s on offer when visiting the coast. Nothing is too much for them they are always happy and engaging with all customers.

Came into Fatface to cool down and almost fainting due to very bad heatstroke. Worker Susie took great care of me until I recovered. Can’t thank her enough for her help she is amazing!

Lovely clothes easy to pop into store and try on when collecting the delivery from friendly helpful staff

I dont normally give reviews but i walked away today feeling so good i wanted you to know that made my day. From the moment i walked in I was greeted by a friendly helpful man called Andy who helped me and we then got chatting and i explained the issues i have had with certain clothes due to an accident and having surgery on my tummy, i love the dresses and explained i love the fatface choice. He was so caring and instantly made me feel good even though im not a size 10, he made me feel good about what i chose and to love my body and was honestly happy to listen to me moan. I have such difficulty in finding the right clothes and it gets me down. Thank you Andy because of you i have a dress i never thought possible would be ok on me. He is a genuine gentleman non judgmental just a real nice helpful and kind person so thank you. Will definitely be back. Nicola

Staff are unfailingly helpful and the stock is always good. Also my dog's favourite shop because they always fuss her and give her treats.

An enjoyable, relaxed shopping experience. Because we could take our dog into the store we both ended up purchasing garments.

I am very happy with my green palazzo trousers. They have a deep shirred waist and are very comfortable.
The shop was about to close when we went in but the assistant was really helpful and did not hurry us.

We visited fat face Woolacombe today and was served by Annabell and Gracie.
They we very helpful and knowledgeable of items of clothing in the store.
I have never brought jeans from FatFace before and the ladies were very helpful in me getting the right pair.

Excellent service, the item I had chosen in store was not available in the colour I wanted, the lady in the store was SO helpful, she ordered it online for me and it was delivered the next day!
It was a birthday gift for my sister in law, and she loved it!
