Would not recommend this company at all. Received no item, no response to emails, after being contacted by PayPal they said they would send tracking number and ship from UK instead of US, received no tracking number, no item and no response from emails again. Waste of €80,
They have been very disappointing and do not respond to emails when problems are raised. Some of their freezer packs burst after a few weeks and they have not even acknowledged the 2 emails that have been sent to them to ask for replacements. It raises questions about their promises on their website regarding a 30 day money back guarantee. Avoid this company and go elsewhere.
