I had an excellent experience with…

I had an excellent experience with Father & Daughter Jewelry. I purchased a smart ring from their store and I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the service. The smart ring is sleek, comfortable to wear, and works flawlessly — you can really feel the quality and attention to detail.

The customer support team was outstanding. They were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making the whole buying experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers, which is something I really appreciate.

I’ve already recommended Father & Daughter Jewelry to my friends and wouldn’t hesitate to shop with them again. If you’re looking for a high-quality smart ring and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this store.

Avoid! Don’t send orders when they say they will and then ignore you!

Placed an order 10 days ago based on their 1-3 working day dispatch time. Hadn’t been despatched by the weekend (4 working days later) so emailed and asked to cancel my order but was told I couldn’t as it had already been handed over to the carrier and instead I would have to pay to return it after it arrived.
Now another 5 days have passed and my order has STILL not been despatched and they haven’t responded to my latest message (sent two days ago).
This is either a scam company at worst or very deceitful and unprofessional at best!
Will be taking this further with my payment provider to attempt to get my money back.
Please avoid! Very dodgy company indeed!
Also please ignore their response. This is not true, they’re not refunding me and have still not provided me with tracking info.

Hi!

We spoke with the client — it turned out to be a misunderstanding. They simply didn’t wait long enough for the tracking number to update in the system and for Royal Mail to assign it. But no worries — we all have moments where we get anxious and rush to see something negative that isn’t really there. That’s life, it happens.

We’re refunding the client through the bank — no problem. And we’re canceling the order and having it returned to our warehouse.

Let’s keep moving forward and improving our service. Wishing everyone well!

Totally scam. Not professional and I didn’t get any jewellery. Never AGAIN!!!😤

Something that stood out from other companies is their customer service! Nothing was too much trouble.
