Great service, enquiry related to back links and response was a video explaining exactly what I needed to know. All costs are transparent too!

They make it easy to order. I'm busy, and I don't necessarily want to spend my life entering the specifics of my order. They know SEO, so they know what to do.

Standard option for outsourcing digital tasks for our agency. Found the support to be slow and the link plans pretty expensive for what you get. Some cool tools features but not actually the best

I’ve never experienced service quite like what I received from FatJoe’s Nino — I was updated every step of the way, with no need to chase for updates. I haven’t been very active with my SEO lately, but after this experience, I’m definitely going to step it up with more links!

We have utilised FatJoe services for many years. The key differentiator here is that they provide a partnership with their clients - and a willingness to want to see them succeed. Support is excellent, and their human approach to advice is something unique. It's not just about the products; it's also about how technology firms partner with you for success. Keep it up FatJoe Team!

I was looking to generate backlinks for a brand-new website, and with that came a brand-new domain and email address. Almost immediately after placing my first order with Fat Joe, that email account started getting bombarded with spam messages from SEOers (mainly based in India and Pakistan) offering backlinks. This had to originate from Fat Joe, as the email was brand new and never used anywhere else. To make matters worse, many of these spam emails even included Fat Joe directly cc’d in the thread. Clearly, there’s some kind of data leak or misuse happening in their system.
I did speak with their customer support team, and to be fair, they were excellent – but then without my consent, they took my compliment and published it as a testimonial on their own website. That, in my opinion, breaches GDPR guidelines and feels highly unprofessional.
As for the links themselves, I ordered their press release backlinks. They weren’t terrible, but they certainly weren’t good either – nothing to rave about and no noticeable momentum for my site. I can’t comment on their other backlink services, but based on my experience, I’d strongly urge caution.
In my opinion, they’re not really doing the kind of “fresh outreach” they advertise. It looks more like they’ve built up a set of relationships with site owners where they can just place links on demand. Unless you’re very SEO-savvy, you might not notice the red flags – for instance, sites that openly advertise “Advertise with us” in their footers. On the surface, the domain metrics might look fine, but that doesn’t mean the links are valuable long-term.
If you’re considering using them, my advice is simple: don’t outsource your link building. Instead, focus on creating excellent content and building genuine relationships with journalists and publishers. We’ve since moved over to platforms like Editorial to foster journalist connections, and that’s a far better long-term route.
For fairness, I won’t give Fat Joe a one-star review – the links weren’t completely worthless, and their money-back guarantee looks promising. But between the spam issue, the GDPR breach, and the lacklustre results, I can only give them two stars.

I really enjoy the ease of ordering backlinks and that they make sure they are all from different sources, and check the quality of the links.
My wish is that the links were a little bit more relevant at times to my clients' niche. But, I do understand that it's not always easy to get the most relevant backlinks out there.
