I had an excellent experience with Fattorino Innamorato and would definitely recommend this brand.
I initially ordered a t-shirt in the wrong size, but after contacting customer service, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. Not only did they reply quickly, but they also went above and beyond to find the best solution. Since the return costs and timing would have been inconvenient, they kindly allowed me to keep the incorrect size and sent me a new t-shirt in the correct size free of charge.
On top of that, the quality of the t-shirt is very good, which makes the whole experience even better. Great customer service and great products!

Very nice
Very nice, high quality hoodie. Honestly, I regret buying only one, but I will totally order some more soon. Also, the delivery was fast, I took only 2 days and I am overall really happy with Fattorino.

Amazing service
Amazing service, they answer very quickly and come up with great solutions for any inconvenience. In my case, they had a minor mistake with availability of a product but they immediately found out and gave me a good offer some other shirts.
