Still using it after many months

I signed up quite a while ago and I'm still using it today, which says a lot. Most faucets support it, so managing payouts is simple. Fees are low enough that you don’t feel like you’re losing half your earnings, and withdrawals don’t take forever. It's not perfect, but it's reliable, and that's what I care about.

Consistent and predictable

I've been using FaucetPay for a long time and consistency is the best word to describe it. No sudden changes, no random problems. Withdrawals go through fast, balances update correctly, and the fees stay reasonable. When you’re dealing with small earnings, predictability matters a lot, and this platform has been solid for me.

A pretty decent wallet

A pretty decent wallet, with many cryptocurrencies and fast payments. Transfers between cryptocurrencies within the wallet are fast. Sometimes, the currency itself, when exchanging within the wallet, runs out. It's not a big deal; you just have to wait a bit.

Scammer and Thief

They security is very weak. Someone from russia enter to my account successfully very easy.
After exchange all my doge become btc and create mine session. And even after finished mines session, make a bet #13825389299. Now all my asset is gone.

Customer service faucetpay say it's all my fault.
And ask me to change password, 2fa & immediately withdraw my asset.
What "immediately withdraw"?
There is nothing left to withdraw.
All my asset already goes to faucetpay.

Just like Donka Nikolova at february 1st 2026 says it is true.
Faucetpay is a scammer and thief.

Hello,

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. However, based on our security logs, the activity on your account (asset conversion, wager mining session, and bet placement) was performed from a successfully authenticated login session.

FaucetPay accounts are protected with password security, 2FA, email confirmations, withdrawal confirmations, IP monitoring, and device tracking. When someone gains access, it is almost always due to compromised credentials — typically from password reuse, phishing websites, malware, or leaked email accounts.

We would like to clarify that FaucetPay does not access or move user funds manually. All transactions, exchanges, mining sessions, and bets require an authenticated session. There is no mechanism for us to arbitrarily take user balances.

When our support team advised you to change your password and enable/secure 2FA immediately, this was to prevent further unauthorized access. Unfortunately, once funds are used in wagering or exchanged within a valid session, they cannot be reversed.

We strongly recommend:

Using a unique password that is not used on any other website

Enabling and properly securing 2FA

Securing your email account with 2FA as well

Never entering your credentials on unofficial or phishing websites

If you believe your device was compromised, we also recommend running a full malware scan.

We understand how frustrating this situation is, but labeling the platform as a scam is not accurate. FaucetPay has processed millions of legitimate transactions over the years and remains fully operational and transparent.

If you would like us to re-check the login logs or provide further clarification, please contact our support team through the official support channel and include your User ID.

Best regards,
FaucetPay Team

The transferred funds haven't arrived

Today, I transferred funds to the Tron wallet address provided on their website, which I've been using for over three months now. I've been depositing and withdrawing funds without any problems. However, today, for reasons unknown to me, the wallet number changed (I just noticed). The transferred funds haven't arrived; rather, they've been credited to the previous wallet number (meaning they're still holding them). Customer support is inactive, simply responding with unsolicited replies. Be careful when depositing funds into this wallet. I wish everyone profits!

Hi,

We’re sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your TRX deposit.

First of all, your funds are not lost. If a deposit is sent to a previous TRX address, it does not get credited automatically after an address update — it requires manual verification and crediting by our support team.

Deposit addresses can change from time to time for security and infrastructure reasons. When this happens, deposits sent to old addresses remain accessible but must be reviewed manually.

We are absolutely willing to credit your deposit — but you’ll need to open a support ticket through the official “Contact Us” page and provide the transaction hash (TXID) so the team can verify it on-chain and process the credit.

Trustpilot is not a support channel, and we can’t access account details here for security reasons.

Once you submit the ticket with the TXID, the team will handle it accordingly.

Best regards.

Best solution for faucet users

If you use faucets regularly, this wallet really makes life easier. I’ve connected dozens of faucets over time and payouts always show up correctly. Withdrawals are fast compared to other micro wallets I tried before, and the fees are fair. It’s not flashy, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do, which is more important to me than fancy features.
