Two days ago, I got the Oil-rubbed Bronze Waterfall Widespread Bathtub Tap with Hand Shower from Faucetshop website. The box contained all the parts needed, they are not many, and it is not complicated to put this faucet together, in fact, I did it myself no need for an expert. It took about and hour since it was only the third time, I dared to change faucets at home and by myself.
The material is neat, the texture is pleasing to the eyes and touch, the color is true to the photos on their website, good quality and looks like it will be durable. The design is very well made and very different to other design you will find in other stores. I recommend this website and the products, I am sure I will buy more stuff in the future.

This website is a joke. I ordered a faucet on April 17. Payment processed. Waited a week and no change in status. So I messaged to see if it had been shipped and got an auto-type answer saying it would ship in 3-5 business days. Acceptable. So I waited and nothing. Messaged back and was told it would be another 1-3 business days. I Told/gave them 2 days to ship it or refund my money. it had been 3 weeks now since I ordered it. Nope! They message again saying it’ll take 2-4 more business days to ship and they’ll give me 10% back once received. ARE YOU KIDDING?! I messaged back calling them out on their ridiculous shipping timing and told them to refund my order. Again they message back saying they’ll give me 15% back once received and no more shipping dates. F-That!
Don’t order from this site. You’ll never get you item. The only reason I put a 1 star was because you couldn’t give them no stars.

I was looking for a comfortable and easy to use wall mounted thermostatic rain shower. After a lot of search and tries finally found a rain shower that is worth it. This shower from the faucet shop is a perfect wall mounted shower with contemporary chrome finish. It has a rain shower, hand shower, shower arm and body sprays included that spare you from all the hectic searching in the market and you get all things at one place. Try it and you will recommend it to others too. :)
