It was not draining and the engineer knew what the problem was instantly and it was beyond my expectations-limescale in filters clogged drain hose and engineer managed to rectify issue- highly recommend Faultfree engineering group-Reliable and efficient

Dominic was so polite calm and efficient.
He was super knowledgeable and professional.
He was careful and unfazed by the fact my dryer was on top of the washing machine and in a tight fitted cupbard.
He just handled it all and I felt really grateful for his patience too.
Obvs I wanted to hoover behind it once I could see all the dust there too!)

Miele appliance repair experts..
Fixed our Miele dishwasher in our property in Camden which was not draining and not washing properly. Engineer Edimonds was straight on point with the fault and highly knowledgeable about Miele products. I highly recommend faultfree Engineering Group and I will always use their services

Great Appliance experience and knowledge
Despite waiting for so long to find someone to repair my fridge freezer after several attempts. Faultfree team made sure my fridge freezer is sucessfully recovered it was challenging to the technician in that its abit aged so finding spare parts was challengjng but with the resilience and appliance knowledge all went well and now its working well. I highly recommend faultfree group…thanks to Mark Johnson

I gave him a good review from the first time he came to fix my freezer but he stole £293 from me for a part he never used and that i paid for, he sent it back and pocketed the refund. He doesnt have the balls to answer his phone. Karma is coming for you

Many thanks to Dominic for his support and service helping without freezer. Very easy going, understanding also a good chat.
He was very patient and polite, explained each process and what we needed to do as well.
Dominic also kept in touched to check if the freezer was doing well after the service.
We definitely will be calling Dominic back for further assistance on other appliances.
