They deliver, but kind of pricey. Satisfied.

I do not believe that the positive reviews are reflective of the company in its current state. I emailed, called (nobody would answer anytime during the day), and left voice messages multiple times and did not receive any follow-up from anyone in the company. This is highly unprofessional and indicates that the company is either not functional or has shifted its operations underground. Do not waste your time/hope on this business. They do not work.

I tried to book a tourist Visa Appointment for Italy. Could not do thru the website. Tried to call the customer care. They never contact you back. neither they reply your emails

Just like all of you trying to read the reviews on Favisbook, we did the same thing. We wanted to be sure it's legit and if it works and if it's worth it. Just like all of you, we were skeptical and anxious about paying money to a 3rd party in order to get an appointment. After we sent the signed limited POA back to them, we paid the service fee and we immediately got an email saying they will try their best to find us an appointment. I was able to send an email to their Customer Support several times because I was super anxious and they responded to me at a timely manner at ALL times that I emailed them.

Today was our appointment with the General Consulate of Italy in San Francisco. We brought all 13 required documentations and my husband got approved for their visa.
it feels good to write a good review about their services after just reading other people's positive reviews. Paying the service fee was definitely worth it because we got the appointment, although I could've gotten it myself by checking their website multiple times a day, but having them to constantly check for availability, it's all worth it. No scam, no BS, they do exactly what they said they'll do. simple as that.

Getting the appointment for SF Spain Consulate is really difficult, but Favisbook has been a huge difference even though it's expensive. Their service is amazing. Without Favisbook, appointment would be almost impossible. Thank you Favisbook.

We were looking for an appointment with the Consulate General of Spain and each time we clicked to search for appointments, there was never one. Then we heard about Favisbook.com and contacted them. They soon got us 2 appointments and the rest is history. I am amazed at the service they gave us.

My wife and I used Favisbook after weeks of trying to book an appointment directly with the Italian Consulate. We tried to book an appointment 2 months in advance of our travel dates but everything was booked 3 months out. The consulate encouraged us to "keep checking the schedule every day at 3:00 as cancellations sometimes happen" but after a couple of weeks of checking every day the appointments only got further and further out. They said our only other option was to wait until we were 2 weeks out and then try to book an "emergency appointment". We decided (against the consulates own advice per their website) to try the booking service favisbook.com. We immediately were given an appointment less than a week later when the consulate themselves said they were already booked. Wow, this should be a glowing review of favisbook, right? No...

Something fishy is going on here. Consulate appointments are free but booked months in advance. Favisbook somehow has unlimited access to them. You can figure out the rest yourself.

Favisbook has been reporting my review since I posted it and I have had to show proof of purchase (which I did happily) and have had to "re-word" this review several times to keep it from being pulled completely.

The first time I booked with this company, I went all the way down to the consulate of Spain in Houston without an email back from Favisbook with a confirmation email. We were worried and upset and returned to Tulsa where we live. However, Favisbook was very accommodating in that they apologized, reimbursed us, and then set us up with a complementary appointment with the consulate a few weeks later. Will definitely be using this platform again.

The Italian Embassy in NY is actual trash, they are rude, inconsiderate to peoples time, you can imagine how stressed I was when I had all my documents correctly but one, and they wanted me to book another appointment, when my visa to be in the US would be ending soon. Thanks to Favisbook, I was able to book a new appointment in the next week. Favisbook is certainly a lifesaver, I was skeptical at first, but it certainly is worth it.
