Terrible experience-THIEFS
Terrible experience. It was my first time to use the app and I accidentally submitted the order. I immediately cancelled it and texted support. They told me they were unable to waive the fee bc of the lost food and runner. I cancelled it 0.3 seconds after it was placed. DO NOT USE THEM!! Theyll rob you! Horrible!!! Use Door Dash or Uber eats

I want to expose this terrible company for what they do.
I deliver for them.
I like to deliver groceries from HEB and they have a lady who gets 100% of the rides while she is there and I get a delivery only when there is more than one.
I sit for hours at a time while she takes everything back and forth while I get nothing.
Favor denies this but I am making a video.
When she leaves we other drivers suddenly start getting rides it is a scam to get us to take other rides like restaurants then favor lies and says we get 9 dollars and pays us 4 the next day.
Purposely lying about how much we will make.
This is why we only want to do HEB orders because they pay well.
So when their favorite is there I have to run doordash just to make a decent days pay.
I love delivering groceries but hate my company with a passion they are scumbags.

I us to work for favor , until they accused me for cussing out clients and stealing groceries. Needless, to say I never did such a thing and was very offended by this company. People manipulate the app a lot to get free groceries and food and one instance I delivered groceries to a HEB client , who accused me of stealing her groceries . I notified favor and thought support was assisting me with the issue meanwhile , causing my account to get deactivated. I own my own business and work for seniors and sometimes would take my seniors out to ride along which made them very happy , but the accusations had to stop . I don't suggest working for this company because they believe their clients and the runners don't have much say in it . I'm very disappointed with Favor , but most importantly I am glad that I don't have to deal with them or there dishonest clients.

Favor is a load of crap they talk about how they care for there runners but thats cap a customer harassment me about a order and i told support and they dont give a dam about it vs when i told a customer to **** off because they were being rude my account got taken down this app is stupid and the tips on here arnt worth it i can still instacart and make more money and for the customer who reported me for messing up there order your 1 dollar tip is awful ill never pick up a delivery with no tip no tip no trip
I drive for favor, used to now
I drive for favor, correction, I used to drive for favor. The sad thing is they are a direct reflection on H E B because they own favor. I drove for almost 4 hours on April 14, 2023. I only received 2 orders, with the promo they had, it paid me $11.00 per delivery. That come out to approximately $5.50 per hour. I then spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get in touch with favor to no avail. You MUST contact them thru text only. ( seems shady to me). All i want is to figure out why they don't show how busy it is in the area you decide to run in. And they need to show how many drivers are in that area, so we as drivers can decide if it is worth our time. They already have this info i found out from robert in ecom they just choose not to show it.
However that is why they don't show it, because if they did drivers would not work for them. This company is a SCAM. They need to be investigated by the proper government agencies. Do not work for Favor, they will rob you. I could not get ahold of favor so I called H E B. I spoke to Ann in San Antonio, she got me to Brenda in customer relations. After she showed no interest in helping, I asked to speak with her supervisor. So i then spoke with Wendy, after lying to me saying they had no number for favor she finally told me about something they call e-com, supposedly the people I needed to talk to for the situation I was having. She then put me on hold for 20 mins. Then a lady named Sara who gave me driver support for favor 512-645-2063. I spoke with Robert and after 22 mins of him defending favor he finally got me to the texting team. Which i was trying to avoid, I just wanted to talk to someone who cares. So then I texted favor and got nothing but canned messages about things to try. All of which I had done. Was just one big waste of time. So at this point I guess I'll chalk it up to a lesson learned. Just wanted to warn others, I think the more established drivers get the orders first even though they say, the total amount of monthly deliveries and your acceptance rate don't affect your favors, but I have seen different. They are a discriminatory company. And don't pay fairly, $3.00 base pay on an 18 min away delivery, then I have to drive all the way back for nothing.

Takes advantage of TOGO SERVERS and doesn’t allow drivers to tip
Not a favors user but I am someone who has to deal with Favors drivers as a TOGO SERVER. I will not disclose which restaurant I work for but We are a very busy restaurant with curbside pickup and most the orders we get for takeout require hard and dedicated work to get right. Because of this we normally have a 3 man team (1 person packing orders, 1 running orders and taking payments, and 1 manning the phones). We make money solely through tips that we split and although we understand not everybody is going to tip, It is very disheartening to get an influx of favors orders weeding out our Togo staff knowing that in return we are not going to get tipped. Typically the average order for favors is $200-$300 as our brand is a big pricey so you can imagine the work that goes in to just packing one order. We see about 5 favors orders a night usually at the height of service when we’re very busy trying to attend to customers that actually tip. On top of this, the drivers are typically very entitled and rude. Most of the time the drivers don’t even speak to you just shove a phone in your face and make you read their order off their screen, and when we run out of something that was placed to order through favors they often call the customer and MAKE YOU SPEAK TO THEM TO ADJUST THEIR ORDER. On top of this, drivers rush you for their food and are very impatient (many of them will even honk at you when your delivering other orders to check on their order). If it’s not for the bad reviews, DONT USE FAVORS for the good of customer service. They treat customer service poorly!

Do not drive for this company! You only get $2 for every order and you’re doing all the work you have to shop , order the food , wait , drive long distances to ppl houses only to wait a hour for another order! Definitely a huge scam and a waste of time
When I order from whatburger favor…
When I order from whatburger favor "delivers" the order. It's usually super late. Today I got a text saying it was delivered and it was not. When trying to call or text the number that was sent to me the number was shut off. When on the app or website there is nothing to contact customer support or a way to ask questions. Will NEVER use again.

I never received my favor today and when I contacted support I was told they wouldn’t be refunding my order. I was told the name of the business I am at was not on the favor so it was my fault however it clearly was in there. I was left hangry, unhappy and $30 poorer! Do yourself a favor and use any other delivery service.

I've been a long-term customer of Favor…
I've been a long-term customer of Favor up until today. I have a weekly,sometimes less, order that I have to show my I. D. for which has always been fine with me. My order was canceled twice today( not to mention a $50 hold per order) and when I questioned it, I was told about age verification, which as I stated, was no problem. Support reached out to me. Her name was Sarah. She stated she was there to help. I received no help or follow-up. Poor customer service and excuses is what I received today from TWO members of support ( Sarah and Michael) This is unacceptable and will no longer use them. I may be 1 person, but in my small town word of mouth will definitely serve it's purpose!

Well, for small starters, the estimated time was way off from 40 minutes to over an hour and a half.
But what I didn’t realize is how they put a temporary hold on your account. My order was $44.79 with tip and fee’s in addition the temporary hold is $59.01
The total is $103.81 to have a pizza and some dip delivered to my home.
I get the $59.01 will be released back, but can take several days. This is a horrible model compared to other delivery services.
Incompetent
While I like H‑E‑B, I do not like the deliveries. They always break eggs and squash bread and are not careful, just in a hurry. Today a driver named Lexi ( the name, never matches the gender of the person actually delivering your groceries by the way) delivered our groceries to Lord knows where. And no pic. So frustrating.
Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. The driver marked my order as delivered but never delivered it. Support reimbursement me less money than the order cost. Found that out when I reordered my order from Whataburger. But what takes the cake the second delivery runner, that's what they call'em runners. Name poped up as Kayla but I guess her boy friend brought me my order with fingerprints on the cup and long stringy hair as well. Now who's gonna drink from that. And definitely wasn't gonna let my 5yr old drink from his cup. For me to be a first time user of Favor and they couldn't get it right with two runners why would I give them a third chance. I have pics to upload but I don't see where I can.
