Honestly really poor experience. Food was supposed to arrive 30 min ago. Basically no way to tell where my driver is at and how long they will actually be until arrival. No remediation channel for or... See more

Are your delivery drivers in the country legally?
Three of the last four delivery drivers for my H-E-B deliveries have spoken very little or no English. This last time, that cost me a little more than $18 because he didn’t comprehend separating the cold stuff and I did not find a 1.5 pound package of sliced turkey until it was about four hours too late. (I have mobility problems so it takes me a while to put up $500 worth of groceries.)
I like H-E-B’s site better, but I think next month I will try Kroger’s just to see if they hire more legal immigrants.
For the record, I have posed my question about the immigration status of your drivers to the customs and immigration folks.
Horrible company too many fake…
Horrible company too many fake runners and the company don't pay and don't make the customers tip accordingly drivers angry and I totally understand why .
They are crooks
They are crooks. The driver delivered at “wrong address” so I contacted them and the supposedly refunded my money but they charged another extra fee. Be careful because they email a confusing return receipt that does not add up. Be aware that your bank will have more fees charged than what they refund.
They have runners that are incompetent…
They have runners that are incompetent or just challenged in English and a "support" team that pretends concern and welcomes feedback on how to improve. I have had a good experience with them in the past, but it has gone downhill in the last few weeks.
LIARS! Order was never put in place despite having been told otherwise!
I placed an order for food at 8:35p, 4/10/25. I was told the food would be delivered w/in 35 minutes.
When their countdown clock reached 6 min, it stayed there for 10 minutes.
So, I reached out to support, who took a long time to respond. When I asked specific questions such 'where is my delivery', all they could do is offer an apology.
When I asked how could the delivery countdown begin if the delivery never started in the first place, the chat abrutly ended. Clearly they had LIED to me!
To add insult to injury, the driver called 1.5 hours later, stating he had tried to reach me much earlier...ALSO A LIE!!
In the meantime, they have reversed the charges, but the damage has been done. My time was wasted, I was lied to TWICE, and I was hungry!
Watch the changes!
I try to run from 6am to 4pm. On average I get 4 offers (Favors to run) in that time. The base pay is from $2 to $4 per favor plus tips. When offered they only show you the total of the base pay plus the estimated tip example: $7.00 (base:$4 + $3). But lately, when the customer pays and they tip a little extra (base:$4+$5) I don't receive the $9 I get $6.50 or something like that. Customer service is better now than when I started, but they really don't fix anything. Then today this happened. I try to run from 6am to 4pm. On average I get 4 offers (Favors to run) in that time. Customer service is better now than when I started, but they really don't fix anything. Then today this happened. A picture of my face and driver's license is required for them to use as they see fit (“create facial scans”, ”create facial geometry”, ”or similar biometric identifier”, and “collect, use, and store that biometric”, who else in your or their network/family/member group will it be shared with or sold to, what government agencies will have access to it or claim authority over it? Then to be told I “have join and give permission” to do this, there are no other options or you can’t work with us. No alternatives, no opt out. The biometric identifier, thru Persona, Is a violation of my security, and privacy.
You have a pic of me and my license, all I should have to do is go to any H.E.B. and show my ID to a manager/Supervisor so they may verify. I joined to work with you, not any and all partners/members you add on that join to get access to my information. This is why there is so much identity theft, supposedly required need for your information “to keep you safe”, by organizations that don’t need it, shouldn’t have it and don’t take responsibly when they don’t protect it.

Outstanding service always from HEB on West Park. Drivers always very polite, dressed nice, helpful and hardworking. We have big-time respect for these folks working hard to make a living. We always tip them well and offer them a drink.
Very upset
They picked up the order 10 minutes past the time it should have been delivered and when it was they left it at my door. No knock, nothing. Since I knew they had picked up after a bit I went out to check if maybe they couldn't find the house and I found my order on my doorstep. Wow... I had the cash tip ready for them because I was not aware that Churchs uses a 3rd party app. It doesn't indicate it on the app. The only reason I ordered delivery was because I am home alone with my disabled son and couldn't go pick it up myself. So thank you for the terrible service.

Used it before and now when anyone in my family trys to sign in and verify their number it says invalid code this app has to be shut down its fraud and possibly the worst app ive ever used it’s awful if you’re gonna make an app at least make it work the way it should

My grocery store used them for a delivery to me on 3/16/25. The delivery was about 1 hour 15 minutes after the driver left store. The driver laughed when I asked what happened and said she originally delivered to an address across town but was able to rescue my groceries and deliver them. No apologies? The store refunded me delivery fee and driver tip. Not a service I am interested in.
Horrible company
Horrible company, always have missing items ans still get charged for them!
The cost is ridiculous
The cost is ridiculous. They jack up food prices. They charge outrageous service fees. Used them one time. Curbside would have cost me 62.00 for order. Using Favor cost me 110.00 for the same order. Never again.
Website does not recognize login info. DO NOT USE FAVOR DELIVERY!!
Website does not recognize login info. Contacted their customer assistance via email since they don't have a phone number... probably because of all the upset customers.
After more than thirty emails with two different CS agents, no help whatsoever.
I'd say you've got a 50/50 chance of…
I'd say you've got a 50/50 chance of receiving exactly what you order and sometimes you don't get your order at all! I gave 2 stars because we've had some excellent delivery drivers whom have updated us etc. However the order that prompted me to write this review happened on a day when my kids had several after school activities and I needed a little help with dinner (it was also my b-day). After waiting a while and continuously checking the app to see how many more minutes, I noticed the time hadn't changed from 20 minutes for at least half an hour. I decided to message my driver and it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of info out of him. So we waited a bit longer. Still no changes at all. Finally he tells me that he was being double charged (at the restaurant) for my order and he didn't know what to do (he had been at the restaurant for at least 40-45 minutes by now). First off, I thought all charges/payments etc was done through favor and not the driver & restaurant. So after checking to make sure I didn't accidentally order twice I told him the restaurant just needs to refund the difference and we should be good. I wait even longer (I should've already had the order at this point, we were at least an hour in by now). After waiting with no communication from my driver I finally said "I need an estimate on how much longer this will take because I've got to feed my kids" (it was a school night). Waited...nothing. Finally I said "I may need to cancel if I can't get an update". So as I was waiting again for a response I suddenly see my order had been canceled! At that point there was nothing I could do, the order on the app closed after being canceled. It was incredibly frustrating and a huge inconvenience needless to say. So good luck and remember when ordering through favor you may need a pretty strong plan B.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Have been a monthly subscriber to their services for several months, and placed an order for Chinese food. Neither meal had the fried rice, which we paid to substitute for the regular rice. We were offered a refund for just the substitution fee we paid, however that doesn’t cover the full cost of the sides, not to mention no offer to reach out to the restaurant to inform them of the mistake. I ended up having to make white rice, which took 20 minutes while my meat sat there since I had no intentions of eating a bowl of just meat.
Just like almost all other businesses now, the customer service agent did not provide even the most basic CSR etiquette, but just gave the bare minimum boiler plate responses.
Consistently poor service
Consistently poor service. More than half the time it takes twice as long or longer than estimated for food to be delivered. Food is consistently delievered to the wrong address, and the customer support team is infuriatingly slow to respond when there is an issue that needs to be corrected or refunded.
Banned for review
A few months ago I gave a honest review of several bad experiences. Well they didn't like the review and banned me! I have tried to contact thru email to talk about how unacceptable the behavior is. I'm disappointed cause I'm disabled ♿ and don't get out much so rely on delivery alot. And I like shopping with HEB but, Favor is just too Unprofessional and overwhelming over priced with deposits you don't get back!
HEB and favor
I order groceries through H-E-B once or twice a month and the fee is usually $7.95 for delivery. I pick the time. and I’ve never had a problem with it being late or missing items. So I’ve never had a complaint about Favor who delivers for H-E-B.

Extremely high delivery price and hidden fees. Terrible delivery service and service people. I thought this would be a good idea but I digress. A $27 order jumped to $45 without me being able to see my total before I pressed submit. Garbage!!!! The driver didn't speak English nor knew how to use the app to find me. No translation on the chat feature. Not worth my hard earned money
It’s been 4 days still have $50 hold
Ordered from 7/11 and the total ended up being $20.16 and 4 days later I still have a $50 hold on my account. My bank normally processes charges immediately. They have no records of favor processing the charge and releasing the hold. Favor says they processed it and it’s out of their hands.
