We’d like to clarify the timeline of this order, as the statement made is not accurate.

Your order was placed on 19 January and was collected by the courier on 20 January. You contacted us on 26 January, at which point we immediately raised an investigation with the courier to identify the cause of the delay. As of 27 January, the tracking confirms that the parcel is delivered.

While we understand that courier delays can be frustrating, delivery times are handled by third-party couriers and are unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, we acted promptly and responsibly as soon as we were notified.

The claim that the order has been pending for “20 days” is therefore incorrect.

We remain available to assist if there are any further issues.

Positives and negatives

Positives were easy to use website, competitive pricing, and fast despatch. The negatives were part of my order was cancelled after acceptance (so I had to order again elsewhere) and Yodel just left the parcel on my front doorstep in full view of passers by (despite notice on door asking to them to put it through side gate).

Sterling Company to deal with

What a wonderful Company to deal with! I bought quite an expensive kettle a little under 2 years ago. Unfortunately, the on/off switch became defective and I emailed Favros with my grievance. To be honest, I really didn't expect any compensation. Imagine my surprise when not only did they respond, but offered me an exact replacement free of charge, on receipt of my defective item, returned at their cost. It gives me hope for the future and I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing an item from Favros in the future 🥰

Just bought a dualit kettle fron this…

Just bought a dualit kettle fron this company which when it was delivered was thrown over my 5ft gate only protection was its actual box which wasn't covered and the lid opened!!!
Ive rang and emailed but no response
Im very disappointed and will be sending it back ASAP
