I found Faxaroo online with excellent recommendations. They said it was free so I was surprised when I was billed $9.00 but I had 5 documents and two were 2 pages so that is fair.
It saves me from leaving home and going out to search a business with fax capabilities.

That easy uncomplicated way to send a fax is breathtaking. I tried other services, where you had to register, upload some money first to send a fax and whatnot just to experience you cand send international. But not here. 3 easy steps. Upload files, input fax number, input credit card infos and then send! I first thought its a bit much of money to send one piece of paper. But believe me its wirth it. The most easy and reliable way to send a fax.

They still charge you, even when the fax fails to send!!!

I should have read the reviews before trying this service, will never use it again.

Blows my mind that they would charge any fee for failing to deliver the fax. Surely there would be very little cost or no cost to them when they get a busy signal when attempting to send the fax.

This service was easy and fast. Better than other services because you don't have to sign up for a trial, just upload, put in your fax number, pay, and that's it. My confirmation came back within 10 minutes.

Paid $13+tax to one time fax of 12 pages on 03/07/2025 and receive proof of fax confirmation. Still have yet to receive any proof that the fax has gone through and a day later the recipient is claiming they have not received it yet. I'm leaving a 1 star review and will change it, if I ever receive my receive the emailed confirmation with proof that it was actually sent.

I've looked at a couple of free fax services, but I went with Faxaroo because it's more secure. Faxaroo has ISO27001 certification and auto deletion of my documents after they're faxed. My fax got where it needed to go, I didn't have to create an account and I don’t have to worry about my files sticking around on a random server. Definitely worth it if you want a secure way to send a fax.

Website is a fraud and fake.

They took my money, failed to fax, and gave partial refund. Avoid at all costs, scam.

Sent a single page fax to an 1800 number with no issues. Confirmed by the recipient it was received OK. I like the pay-as-you-go offering.

0/4 pages was sent, got refund but cost me transaction fee. The business should absorb those costs if they fail to deliver the service,not the customer

Needed to fax document to American Express. I was given 2 numbers to fax but failed to send fax. Confirmed with Amex that fax numbers were correct. Tried 3 times but were unsuccessful. Quick to take payment each time but never gave reason why fax failed / was unsuccessful

I wanted to sell some shares purchased in an American company years ago. They would only accept the form via fax or Mail. I rang Australia Post who advised they no longer offer Faxes and while googling I found Faxaroo.

It seemed too easy and too cheap. However I thought I would give it a try. Two days later I checked my share account and they had received my document and sold the shares!

So I am a very satisfied customer and hope this review will give someone else the peace of mind to trust this fantastic service. If I need to send a fax in future I will not hesitate to use Faxaroo.

I’m not gonna lie I was a little skeptical at first because every online fax website I came across you had to buy a monthly subscription and I just needed to fax this one time. I came across Faxaroo and did a little research to ensure legitimacy. Happy to say that there great my fax got sent very quickly without having to sign up for anything. 10/10

This was my first time sending a fax from my own computer. Faxaroo was very easy to use. In addition to getting an email with the invoice, I also received a confirmation that my fax had been successfully sent, which gave me peace of mind.
