THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM. It is not free. They've charged my card twice in the past month after sending one “free fax”. DONT DO IT.

A Flat Out Scam!

I used what I thought was a free service. It turned out not to be and I received a recurring monthly charge of $14.89 over a 4 month period. I caught it as my bank called me with a fraud warning about the charge. This company is flat out scamming people. Incredibly deceptive and misleading explanation of charges. There was nothing FREE about it even though it stated as such. I reported my experience to the FTC as well as my secretary of state. I wasn't the first to report this according to a person at the secretary of state office. Don't fall for the scam.

Phishing scam

Phishing scam. Asks for credit card info for verification only, then charges $14+. Caused my credit card company to have to issue a new card to me and for me to have to change my card information with legit vendors who have it on file. DO NOT USE.

I send a single fax once

I send a single fax once. Since that day they are charging me a monthly subscription. There is no number to call or account to login to cancel that. Appears to be a borderline scam.

Sent a fax using the FaxFalcon website

Sent a fax using the FaxFalcon website. The website stated that there was a 5 day free trial and that my credit card would not be charged and that I could cancel the subscription and not be charged $14.86.
My account was charged immediately, and I have been unable contact FaxFalcon. When sending a support request, I've received an email saying that my account can't be found and to send additional information including information that they already had such as email address and name of card holder. Calling their listed phone number, you get a "please leave a message" without stating the business name or any other information. The BBB gives FaxFalcon an "F" rating.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. This is another "free fax" (aka SCAM) online fax service. They tell you upfront that there is no credit card required, you get all the way to the end to send your fax and to confirm your fax was sent, they then ask for a credit card number but they say it will not be charged only using for verification purposes; however when I use a card that I knew would be declined I went to my authorization page and saw they tried to authorize a charge for $14.86 - so they are a scam - do not use a site

Scam

Scam. The Fax didn't send and they charged my CC $14.86. Fortunately, my bank recognized them and declined to send them anything. They also sent me a new card.

Beware: "Free" Trial Costs $14.95

They claim 5 free trial days, clearly stating your credit card will be charged $0. Sent 1 fax; my card was charged. When trying to log into my "account," I received an email that my email is not recognized (even though the fax confirmation was sent to the same email address). I messaged customer service, within the trial period, that I do not wish to subscribe; no response. Needless to say, the card will be frozen before the next month's charge. An expensive lesson - $14.95 to send 1 test fax.

Complete scam

Complete scam. They tell you it’s free and even say you won’t be charged. Then they charge you $15 and still don’t even send your fax. Beware!
