I've wrote previously on here about 2…

I've wrote previously on here about 2 cashmere cardigans I purchased. They cost me £140.00 and £27.95 to return them to China. They were stuck at customs since 14th January. Last week they were finally released and I was informed that they would be returned back to me due to insufficient information. I filled in the form that Fayden sent me and put inside parcel, including my name, address, 2 telephone numbers and 2 email addresses. So how they can say sufficient information is beyond me. I got in touch with Fayden to be told I can sent the parcel again (as if) or I can except a 20% refund. I am totally discusted with this company and the way ive been treated. DO NOT BUY FROM FAYDEN they are nothing but rob dogs.

I ordered a jacket for £54.95

I ordered a jacket for £54.95. When it came it was obviously inferior to the marketing illustration and I asked to return it.
The postage to China cost £26.55 and after many months of waiting for a refund, I was told that the item hadn't got through customs.
I am now £81.50 down on the deal and have been offered a miserable 20% refund on the cost of the jacket.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Faydens….you disgust me

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Faydens you are a disgrace. I have waiting for over 3 months for my refund and still have not received a penny. I doubt I ll ever get my money back….. but it won’t stop me encouraging others not to touch them with a barge pole. THEY ARE A SCAM. Organisations like yours disgust me. RIP OFF MERCHANTS. PLEASE DONT USE THEM. No communication, no updates. You just take the money and run.

I bought two coats back in December 2025 and I’m still waiting for a refund March 2026. The company states that are in the UK (Covent Garden) when in reality I had to send the coats back to china (charged). The coats are apparently in customs and they will not refund until the coats have been received. By judging by all the reviews …. You will never we’ve get the money back. They should be taken offline - I will be escalating further.

I am still waiting for a refund of £99. The coats I received were awful quality and the sizing was dreadful.

Please do not use. This company is a SCAM.

Do not use this company! Exactly same experience as below!! Fake products that look nothing like photos and then refuse refund unless you pay to return to China, adding they can’t be sure they will even receive them back in transit making your only option for some form of refund a voucher with £10 deducted for your next delivery on use! Order again something else slightly more thinking it would be better but NOPE! Just as bad and nothing like picture!!! Do NOT USE !!! That’s my warning to anyone!!
EDIT- 15th Feb- to your reply below Fayden- you have looked into it and still regrettably continue to say that the misrepresentation of the cost I received is down to “lighting” and that no refund can be given due to the fact I used a store credit you bullied me into using for the first rubbish coat you sent!!! You don’t wish to sort anything! Just go on about how useful you are trying to be when all along you are just falslytaking consumers hard earned cash to buy your terrible clothing!!! If anyone wants true pictures of what I ordered and the received prior to buying the please do get in touch with me! If I could show pictures on here I would.

This company are outright frauds.take your money send items which are not anything like order the refuse returns saying they have no warehouse in uk.returns are expensive to china and you have to pay even though they have delivered totally wrong goods.the started by offerring me a 10% refund the after lots of refusals increased each time to 50% refund despite me telling them from start I want full refund and goods returned.wont acknowledge the proof or fact.conmen.

Imported clothing

This company is an absolute disgrace the keep your clothing that has been returned due to the poor quality and sizing. Even though it has been track to the company office block which they say they are not using. They are not a Goverment listed company so I will be going to Citizens advice to report them to trading standards.

Horrific company to communicate with

This company have been nothing short of a headache to deal with. Purchased what appeared to be a leather jacket with fur trims. What arrived what a thin fleece with no leather or fake leather attachments and a fluffy collar. Absolutely nothing like the images or the description online. Contacted the customer services for assistance. Initially they offered a 10% refund and to keep the item after several emails back and forth this went up to 20%. Again I disputed this due to the item not matching the description. Eventually they went up to 40%. When I continued to say I wanted to return the item for a full refund they said I could but only if I paid the £20 shipping fees and that they “couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t go missing…” seems suspicious. They have been incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to assist.

Truly awful company

Truly awful company. Clothes do not fit and customer service is beyond rude and unhelpful.
Large is more like an Extra large and medium is more like extra small.

When contacted I was told I'd have to wait 3 weeks for them to process a return and then longer for the refund.
Customer service is one of the worst I've seen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Purchased a jacket that was to small so asked to exchange it.The replacement was also to small but they refuse to exchange this one as they say its against their policy to return an item bought with a gift card or store credit.The jacket was also of poor quality.Will not be using this company again

Their product was really poor quality and then they insisted that if I wanted to return the product I was liable for shipping costs to China. This is between £ 30 and £60.
They also said that any refund would take 8 weeks and all shipping risks were mine. This is against all Uk trading laws. A UK registered company with a Uk address operating under UK law. Refund is due within 14 days.

Don’t buy from this fake website. Had a Covent Garden address but clothes shipped from China. Wrong item received and refund refused. Return address in China….and buyer to cover shipping. Despicable scammers.

The company sells fake leather jackets…

The company sells fake leather jackets by pretending they are real. When you ask for a refund, they offer you the chance to send the jacket to China at your own expense, and they will refund you if they think the jacket is still in good condition, even though their shop front is in the UK. They are a scam, and I have reported them to trading standards.

They use scare tactics when arranging returns, telling the customer it could take 4-8 weeks for the return to reach them, it might not clear customs and you will not get any money back if this happens. Try making you take 20% of the value of the order and keep the items but the item are shockingly bad quality so couldn't even sell on.

The quality of the item was shocking

The quality of the item was shocking, it supposed to be a Merino wool item, it arrived without any label. Advertised as a UK brand but item shipped from China. I requested a refund and told that I needed to send the item back to China. The advert states that they have a shop in Covent Garden but could give me a UK return address.

Do not get scammed by this company

Do not get scammed by this company. They will tell you that shipping will be a few days but it comes from China and it must be 5th class postage or something as it took weeks to arrive.

The quality was rubbish and the size was not true to size. If you want to return they say it can cost up to £36 as you have to return to China.

Don’t get scammed by this company, take your money elsewhere

AVOID.

False advertisement. Shipment from China. Advise you 3-5 days shipping time but reality is it takes 3 weeks to arrive. Product arrived, no labels, no brands, they are clearly selling fake knock off items from China and advertising them as branded products. If you want to return the item they tell you you have to pay shipment to China despite having a UK address they could easily have it returned to. Avoid, do not waste your time with these scammers.
