Ordered a CPU cooler and got a confirmation immediately, I used a guest checkout so emailed to ask how to keep track of my order, I never received a response, I decided to use the chat function available on the website to query my order and again no response, after around a week i messaged again via chat asking for a refund and immediately received a reply the item was now in shipping, after that no reply no package and was forced to open a dispute via PayPal to get a refund, horrible service with almost none exciting customer service and obviously selling items they do not have. My advice avoid at all costs.

I never received my order and customer service is completely ignoring my emails. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend.

I ordered an electronic device, a Wi-Fi Mesh System part at £27.66, from Fayet and received a confirmation on 20 Dec. 2025. I e-mailed them on 30th December asking for an update (when could I expect delivery?). However, I had no response by 7th January 2026. I have tried to contact by telephone several times but with no success. I would caution people not to order from that company.

I bought two brushes - both broke after 4 months

Ordered over a week ago. No delivery date, no updates from customer support. Asked support to cancel the order, cancel promised in 5 minutes, it’s been a few days and the order is still pending. I’m out nearly £100 with no delivery date, no refund, and no support.

All started off great - bought 2 toothbrushes (one for me, one for my husband), they arrived promptly and I like their functionality. They aren't totally made of bamboo, but that's because of the need to protect electronics inside - no toothbrushes are actually fully bamboo.
However, sadly, one of them broke within a few weeks. Just won't turn on. The lights come on, but it doesn't buzz. I've tried emailing twice and using their online chat function, but no response. It's a shame because it's really ruined my experience, and now I'm going to have a buy another toothbrush and it won't be from this company!
