Please don't use this company. Haven't received the shoes yet. Tried to ring them and the phone number doesn't work. Looking like a very dodgy company.

Received the shoes I had ordered, they didn't fit properly so I tried to get a address to return them no joy,I emailed them at least three times again no joy,I am on a pension and to lose nearly £50 is not acceptable,how is this company getting away with this something should be done as they are conning people,I hope you can do something to get my money back,so what happened to their return policy

Appalling quality of shoe. Paid over £25.00 and they're worth about £5 from a flea market. They were sent from China (I thought they were coming from UK). Although they've agreed to a refund, I Have to return them to China, so cost prohibitive. Don't buy from them!

I have had exactly the same dire experience as others - slow to arrive, poor quality, not as advertised, actual size smaller than stated and no way of returning them. I also will not buy from this company again.

Women's Orthopedic Walking Knit Shoes. I purchased a pair of these shoes for my wife at her request in early July 2024. They fit well and are comfortable and of reasonable quality so I have given them 3 stars, but they are over priced at £25.96.
My wife asked me to obtain another pair some days later. This time I researched and found exactly the same shoes on Amazon for £9.41. When they came we found that the packaging was exactly the same and the shoe is exactly the same down to the Logo on the side, so their is no doubting they came from the same factory in China.

I ordered these shoe thinking the company was based in this country I now find out that the shoes are made in china they took the payment out of my bank immediately I had an initial email confirming my order but nothing after that the shoes took ages to come they arrived in just a plastic bag and bubble no receipt no returns doc. the shoes that I ordered were size 39/6 these shoes were more like a 38/5 I have learned my sesson I will not buy from this company again

I ordered some shoes which were supposed to be for over pronation and therefore correcting posture. The shoes were actually quite nice however, as I am prescribed insoles for this purpose I expected them to have similar support as my insoles, which are bog standard ones, they didn't. Also they took a while to come, their was absolutely no updates on this sent to me, I could track from the original email, though that was several days ago. It said they were coming from China, this annoyed me as I do not buy from China intentionally, this meant delivery was longer than expected. The website address is a private house in Cheltenham, the company is registered in London, the person is probably an agent for a Chinese supplier. The quality of the shoes seems ok. I asked for an update and a generic email was sent, saying it had been despatched, no other info. Then wrote a email of complaint saying there was nothing on the website to say they were being sent directly from China I have had not reply or feedback. I cannot understand why the other reviews say they had good customer service. I certainly haven't. They arrived bubble wrapped, no box, no idea of the manufacturer by Evri.

This company is selling under false pretenses shoes that do not actually address the posture problem. So under the Trade description act these are not as described and not from a UK supplier.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with the worst seller ever. The shoes I ordered were of terrible quality—practically falling apart—and they arrived from China, which I wasn’t informed about beforehand.

After receiving this rubbish product, I immediately requested a refund. However, my attempts to contact the seller have been met with complete silence. I’ve sent multiple emails and made countless phone calls, all without any response. The lack of communication is not just disappointing—it’s utterly unacceptable.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear the seller lacks professionalism and reliability. I urge anyone considering a purchase from them to think twice, as dealing with this unresponsive and unreliable business has been a nightmare

Avoid this company. I ordered size 5.5 shoes and size 6 were delivered. When I requested the correct size be sent, I was told I had to send the incorrect shoes, at my own expense, to China! I queried why I should have to pay to return shoes they made a mistake with, and have had no response to any of the 4 emails. And so am stuck with £70 shoes that are too big. Avoid this company at all costs

This is, without doubt, the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with, so as many others have said Do Not Use them!
I placed my order on the 12th May 2024, and after a week emailed them to see what was happening with my purchase, which went unanswered. Two more emails met the same fate, and then a tersely worded email in early June finally for a response. There was an apology for the lack of communication, and confirmation that the order had been despatched, albeit in an alternative colour that I hadn’t asked for. There was also a tracking link given, so my hopes were somewhat raised, but then the item allegedly arrived in the UK from China and was processed in the depot on 25th May 2024.
And that’s were it sat, according to the tracker system. More emails all went unanswered, so whether the item’s actually in the country or not I don’t know.
Nearly 5 weeks later (24 Jun 24) and 7 weeks after placing my order, I still don’t know the whereabouts of my goods, and have referred the case to my bank for a refund.
In conclusion, I would strongly recommend you think twice before using this company. Their customer service and communication are abysmal. I noted other reviews have had responses with apologies and assurances that they will respond to feedback and improve services, but this is clearly not the case.
Avoid at all cost, literally!

I ordered & paid for a dog booster seat/bed on line mid April. I had to email on several occasions to find out when it would arrive as by early May I'd received nothing despite it saying 5 - 7 days for delivery. No response to emails but all of a sudden got a notice that it was on It's way. On arrival it was the wrong colour so I immediately let them know & asked how to return it & get the correct one sent, I've sent 4 emails & 3 phone calls but no response. I'm now in touch with Citizens Advise & they are contacting Trading Standards. All I want is what I ordered & paid for....not a difficult request in my opinion. If they just responded to emails I'm sure we could resolve the issue but they obviously don't care or value their customers. Buyers beware DONT even think about buying from them.

This company is a nightmare to deal with, avoid at all costs. I purchased a dog car booster seat on 23.4.2024 and it arrived regardless of my cancelling it on 20.5.2024. They ignored all emails telling them I wanted a refund and not to send the item, three days later they sent it. I was unable to return the item via Royal Mail, as the address given on the label is only a shipping address and no names come up on the post code matching Fayybek or Faybek. I also discovered Yunexpress is bogus which is supposed to be the company shipping the item. It will be too soon if I ever hear of this dodgy company again for sure, they can't make up their mind whether they are in China or the UK either

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER SITE. They will take your money and not deliver the product, or reply to any emails at all.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Scam site, I have not received my order, I emailed the firm, supposedly the helpline! Received no reply, I emailed again after a few weeks, again, nothing.
I have not had any correspondence from the company at all or received my item. Disgusting firm, avoid them.

Terrible experience - seems to be a scam site. I have not received my order nor has confirmation of dispatch or any tracking information been provided since I placed the order on 08 Dec (25 days ago). No response to emails to customer service requesting updates. I have now requested a refund but I doubt this will materialise so will have to go the trouble of arranging via my CC provider. Disgusting.

Ordered from them at the beginning of November and it is now the end of December. Despite them saying it will take 12 days at most I have not heard a peep. Tried contacting their non existent customer support and asking for refunds multiple times and have recieved no reply. This company is a scam and everyone should steer clear!

Really disappointed with the appalling customer service offered by this company.
Ordered a cat water fountain on 18 Aug which they claimed had been delivered on 30 August. After not replying to numerous emails, they finally emailed me on Sept 8 "proof" that it had been delivered - to a completely different address (their mistake.)
By this point, I had already ordered the goods from elsewhere, and I emailed them again to point out their mistake with the address and to politely request a refund. No response.
Some time later (18 Sept), I finally received a fountain, which I now no longer need. I have now emailed them three times to ask for return details since I just want to return the goods and get my money back now. No returns info included in the package - and on the website it just says to use the support email, which they do not reply to, so it's useless.
Clearly they have no intention of responding to my repeated enquiries as they just want to keep hold of my money.

I bought a Military Series M1 Smartwatch watch that was smash proof, scratch proof,water proof, and a lot more that I don't need, but it was water proof I was after with some of the smart watch features, when I got the watch the smart watch features were not working then inside watch face had got water stains in it then watch stopped working. When I first contacted company about smart watch features I was told to send back to China so they could look at it, but would not pay for postage, so I thought I'd just use it as a watch until watch started leaking 2 months after I bought it. I have emailed company a number of times and have had no response. In future I will be buying through a company that I know. This is not a honest company Keep Clear
