Fast enough. Good enough. Slightly wary of a new (to me) company with a slightly odd mixture of merchandise, but no complaints.

As with other customers, Within a couple of days of placing an order through fbadiscounts, I was inundated with deliveries of cheap rubbish I hadn't ordered as part of an Amazon seller 'brushing' scam (plastic spoons, kids gloves, plastic cups - useless tat), and every time I chased up the items I actually ordered, more junk deliveries arrived within 48 hours. Fba seem to use amazon sellers & logistics (as that's where my ordered deliveries *eventually* came from, after 2 weeks and one substitution!) and those sellers used are... less than scrupulous, it seems. Eventually got my stuff, but will not order here again. Amazon customer service are investigating.

Good product, received the item within 1 week

I can't believe this company can still get away with scamming customers - they keep pushing delivery date further and further, and provide no trackable evidences of delivery upon request - no telephone number for contact, just an email address that doesn't reply to your query. The police should look into this company and prosecute it for stealing people's money without fulfilling its contract of goods.

This is without doubt the worst company that I ever purchased from I ordered and received 2 security cameras one of which did not have the correct name on Upon checking the items against my wifi I found that they were not compatable with my system I have now sent 5 e mails requesting your return address in order that I can return them in order that you can process me a refund all without reply I am a pensioner.and can not afford a replacement untill I receive my refund PLEASE send me your return address ASAP Thank You Collin Bestford

Wouldn’t use again.

Charged me the full price of the steamer. Made me wait for a couple of days only to announce by email that steamer was actually not available at the price at which I bought it, and offered me to buy the same steamer in a different color for twenty percent more. When i replied to the email saying I do not accept this and insist on receiving the item i was charged for at the price it was sold at, I never received a response and discovered a few days later that the order had been cancelled. Three further days later I received my money back.
It is disappointing that FBA allows itself to sell items and then cancel the sale.

Update to my previous review dated April 2nd, 2023 After to and froing with my bank I eventually received my refund from FBA discounts.
Although I am thankful to receive my money back I remain disappointed and still will not use this company again. I do not want to be going through the same thing of being told my goods have been delivered and they did not arrive.

order not delivered and no contact as to why

Order (no 6398) placed on 18/03/23, told item would be delivered on 23/03/23, not received, then told it would be the 27th/28th March, no contact, no delivery no way of tracking. Was told on email the item would be delivered 5th or 6th April waited in again, and no delivery.
Contacted Customer service who said the item must have been lost or misplaced and i would get a refund and money trf’d back to our acct. Still No refund received or any contact.
Two further emails sent and no response. Do not use this company, the item was a present, very embarrassing for us.

They sent me my air fryer. I think they sent the wrong item before.
Thank you FBA discount, have received my uten air fryer.

I ordered a Vax ref order 6528 and had nothing delivered, still waiting.
Tried to contact the company and got no reply, no confirmation, but they were quick to take payment.
I did receive a pack of pens in the post with no details who sent them! Someone posted on here they do this.

Ordered a flymo garden strimmer. All seemed good to start with, order confirmation received, package tracked through the Shop App, goods showing as shipped etc.
Alarm bells started when I received 2 packages of cheap pens 2 to 3 days after submitting my order. I advised FBADiscounts that I had not received my Flymo but had received pens. They checked with their courier and advised me that they were no longer able to fulfil their delivery. No reason given. To be fair, FBADiscounts said they would give me a full refund, which has now been received. On the day they processed my refund I received a delivery of a cordless Einhell strimmer (not the make or model that I ordered). I was offered this as an “upgrade” from the one I ordered. By that time, I had ordered another flymo from an alternative supplier so declined FBAs offer.
Seems to me, having read a number of recent reviews on Trustpilot, that FBADiscounts do not have any control on the fulfilment of their orders. They do offer market leading prices on their goods but if they can’t supply you with the items you asked for then you are better off shopping elsewhere.

could not find this airfryer being sold at price I got it for £118.74 anywhere else
Will definatly use this company again
