Absolute scam! Stay away!

They are bait and switch. They will get you to use your credit card and then have you call them immediately and say that you need to upgrade— once they get you to agree then they can bill your card. They’re a scam. Sadly there is no consumer protection.

Scam, you do not get a ticket. BE WARNED these are stand by only suggestion flights not real flights. If you don't care which airport, date you will be coming or going from go for it. Otherwise steer clear!!!!

Buyer Beware - Bait and Switch Tactics!!!

Where do I begin with how horrible this experience has been?! I booked an economy flight for an out of town friend to come and visit me. My friend received a voice message to let them know their booking was "on hold" the voice message was transcribed to text and the information was virtually nonsensical. My friend contacted me and let me know that they were informed that their flight was on hold and would be "standby" and they would NOT be allowed a checked bag as this was a "modified economy" booking (so luggage was NOT allowed, not even if they wanted to pay for checked baggage).

After the speaking with my friend, I contacted the company and 1 hour and 45 minutes later, I ended up having no choice (due to their cancellation policy) but to spend double what was advertised on their platform in order to upgrade the flight from "modified economy" to regular economy.

There's the bait and switch.

When I informed them that they seemed to have mis-advertised the flight and that I would like to cancel the booking (which shouldn't have been a problem since they hadn't actually booked the flight. They said it was impossible and my card was already "soft charged" and if I contacted my credit card company to block the transaction they would "flag my card" and I wouldn't be able to use their service in the future and I'd be put on a "list". At which point I lost my temper and informed them to PLEASE add my name to their list as I would NEVER use their services or any discount service of the kind again. After some heated back and forth we came to an agreement. Which still feels off.

At this point I STILL have not received confirmation or e-tickets. (which I was assured would be in my email by "mid morning" today. I'm so angry, I'm almost certain that I have been the victim of a scam. I will NEVER use them or any other discount travel company again. I will be contacting the better business bureau and any and all other platforms to make sure this company is highlighted for the bait and switch scamming agency that it is.

I bought round trip tickets for $283 thru chesp tickets..FBC became the travel agency..first email conf my purchse but nothing taken from my bank account..next day I gets another email URGENT CONTACT US..spoke to agency KBC…i was told after I my tickets are not confirmed ageny proceeded to tell me by belittling me how I know nothinb abt traveling and why should I feel special to get $283 discount ticket others pay $400.. he would not confirm my ticket by screaming at me until I paid an upsell price of $400..so I had bought nothing even if monies never withdrew from my account.. TOTAL SCAMERS

I booked a flight for my wife REF AM4NWG on 17th September 25. Agent called Samuel. unfortunately i was move to an alternative date with threat of no refund if i did accept whatever was available. We were given a return ticket using SPIRIT Airlines which is famous for charging up to $150 for 0ne piece of language.
We came for Vacation from Uganda and are extremely embarrassed and inconvenienced. Can we get a better return flight on 4th of October to salvage this situation???

DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!!! THEY REDUCE THE PRICE. CALL YOU NEXT DAY THEN MAKE YOU CONFIRM SO YOU ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL. I absolutely CANNOT believe the gall of Mr. Benny Parker! This supposed "supervisor" has the nerve to lie about working from Miami, then has the audacity to tell me to "keep quiet" when I'm justifiably frustrated! He was utterly useless, couldn't give me the ticket date I asked for, and predictably REFUSED a refund. And then, when I dared to ask for a supervisor, he proudly declared he was "the boss of the company" before hanging up on me! He didn't book my ticket, and he certainly didn't give me a refund. This is an absolute SCAM. Their "booking system" is a joke – they don't book on your requested travel date, and if you're desperate enough for same-day travel, they just charge you extra. In my case, it seems they might not even bother booking my ticket at all and just keep all my money! This was an utterly infuriating and completely unacceptable experience. If anyone reading this post who is with law, particularly law enforcement, I am reporting scammers who instructed me to call the toll-free number +1-888-510-5786. I urge you to take action against them.

I booked a flight for a Sunday through Friday trip. I received a call the next day saying that trip wasn't available and I had to take a Monday through Saturday flight instead. I looked on the United website and that trip is available but they said I couldn't go on it. They charged me more money for a changed flight and to find out if I had booked the same flight through United Airlines it would have been over $150 cheaper. Do not use this company. They are a rip off and they will over charge you and change your trip. The flight is available through United now and they will not allow me to go back to my original booking. When I asked to be refunded they said I can't be. awful company. DO NOT USE THEM

I wish I had read the reviews before booking with this company. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I booked two tickets to Dubai at a total price of $1,624.64, thinking I had found a good deal. Immediately after booking, I received an email stating that my tickets were “on hold due to pending actions” and that I needed to contact them. They also wrote that they had “made several attempts to contact me at the phone number provided,” which is completely false; I received no missed calls or voicemails from them.

When I called, I spoke to multiple people over the course of two days (August 30 and 31): first an agent, then a supervisor named Lily, and finally a so-called senior manager, Billy Parker. Not one of them was able to resolve the issue. Instead, I was told that in order to actually get my tickets, I would have to pay over $4,000 more, on top of the $1,624.64 I had already been charged!

I challenged them on this and pointed out the clear bait-and-switch scam they were running. Their defense was, “tickets are non-refundable.” That was never my request; I was not asking for a refund. I was simply asking them to honor the purchase I had already made. If they could not provide the tickets, then they had no right to charge my card.

When I pressed further, their senior manager tried to hide behind their so-called “disclosure,” which says ticket prices are “not guaranteed.” However, when I asked him directly to show me where it states that the customer is responsible for paying any increase in fare, he admitted that it does not say that anywhere. Instead, they repeatedly used “non-refundable” as an excuse, even though this has nothing to do with honoring the original purchase price.

This is a classic bait-and-switch scheme: they lure you in with a low advertised fare, lock you into a “non-refundable” purchase, and then demand thousands more before issuing your tickets. When you refuse, they still threaten to charge your card. It is fraudulent, deceptive, and completely unacceptable.

What makes this worse is that they are operating through CheapFlights.com, a site that many customers trust. I question how this company is still allowed to operate and why their partnership with major travel websites hasn’t been terminated.

I have already informed them that I will be disputing the charges with my bank and pursuing legal action. No company should be allowed to treat customers this way.

Bottom line: This company is running a scam. They take your money, refuse to deliver the product you purchased, and then try to strong-arm you into paying thousands more. Do not trust them. Do not give them your credit card information. Report them to your bank, report them to the Better Business Bureau, and warn others.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid this agency like the Prague especially if booking flights within Canada. Very fraudulent and deceitful.

Be Careful Scam of the worst Kind . They will give you a non realistic promotion offer , once you accept it and give your CC they will show you that the ticket is so restricted that you can not really use it and push you to buying an "upgraded" expensive ticket. If you decline they will suddenly tell you that part of the flight is unauthorized and you can not fly. They give you a fraudulent booking reservation that does not appear on the airline company's info. If you don't agree to "upgrade" they tell you that you have signed already and cannot do anything and they will charge you. I unfortunately needed to cancel my Credit Card . TOTAL SCAM BE CAREFUL !!

Take my word, DO NOT book with this company, they will show you a vary attractive price, you book and you pay, then the day later they call and tell you there is no place in that “upgraded” flight, so they can honor that price and now your price is $3000 , 3x original price.
You say, ok, cancel my booking, they say they can’t as it’s not refundable flight.

So if you pay triple the price, they will book you , otherwise you lost your ticket (initial $1000).
They are scammers, do yourself a favour, never, but never use them, remember, I warned you!!!!!

An agent Matt Davis,email me to explain about my travel from Sacramento to Seattle. on his email mentioned to call him to explain about my flight. I gave a call and he politely by patience explain and try to help me to get my ticket.

Stop! N I mean STOP!!!! This is a BATE and SWITCH Air Travel Web site. YES they’re very good at what they do—save your money and shop elsewhere, if you don’t believe it go ahead and learn for your self!
