Avoid at all costs! Unlawful credit reporting and hidden fees. FCA DESERVES NO STARS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay as far away from FCA Automotive Services as possible. They operate completely outside the standard rules of financial services.

I exercised my legal right to a Voluntary Termination (VT) after paying the 50% required by law. Despite this being a clean break, they slapped me with a further £1,304 charge for "insurance products" that I can’t even use now that the car is gone.

When I formally disputed this ridiculous amount, they didn't follow the law. Instead of resolving the dispute, they maliciously registered a default on my credit file to try and blackball me into paying the £1,304.

Under FCA rules, you aren't allowed to register a default while a debt is in an active dispute, but this company doesn't care about the rules or the law. They are using my credit score as a hostage to extort money for products I don't have.

STAY AWAY. They are unprofessional, predatory, and have no regard for consumer rights. I am now taking them to court to have this cleared. You have been warned!

I purchased a Wrangler Sahara Unlimited…

I purchased a Wrangler Sahara Unlimited through a private sale with only 110,000 km on it. The very next day the check engine light came on, so I brought the vehicle to AutoRX.

When I arrived, I clearly explained that there was a ticking noise from the engine, an issue with the heat, and a possible camshaft sensor concern. The shop repaired the heating problem, but the ticking noise and engine concerns were not addressed AND charged me $1500. The next day, when the check engine light came on again, I decided to take the Jeep to a dealership for another opinion. After their diagnosis, I was told it was a major timing chain job. AutoRX had already charged me about $1,500, yet the main issue remained and I was still being encouraged to keep driving the vehicle, which to me was a serious red flag.after the dealership diagnostic its another $9100 i tried to reach out to FCA but no one is welling to help.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. The only positive thing I can say is that they are friendly and good at conversation, but my mechanical concerns were not properly resolved.

Extremely poor customer service

I've had my Fiat for 4 years and every single time I've had to deal with FCA Group around the finance I have been directed to their 'self service portal' which I always have to re-set my password for and can only get into one time in ten. I've tried to phone multiple times and have waited between half an hour and an hour on the phone, giving up multiple times. I'm now within one month of handing my car back (no way i'm going to keep it) and can't get hold of anyone or access their portal. Customer service is extremely poor, they need to take a good look at themselves and re-prioritise their customers.

Company has non-existent customer…

Company has non-existent customer service. Called to get a certificate of compliance for import purposes. Took Ford a 5 minute phone call and 24 hours to provide one. We’ve been a week and a half with Dodge, can’t speak with anyone who can do anything, information on our file is wrong (first and last name), even after three calls to correct it. Team that actually handles this says email only, but their emails are unintelligible and are asking for private documents like copies of immigration visas. The employees on the phones will not allow you to speak to a supervisor or to the import department. I can see that the call center workers are trying very hard to be as sweet as sugar, but FCA has hamstrung them by not allowing anyone to contact anyone that knows or can do anything.
A vehicle manufacturer that is this bad at setting up systems probably should not be making my family’s vehicles anymore.

FCA is a pos company

The truck has 46k original miles, we spent over 6k in repair including the factory brakes falling off. Now the turbo charger is bad and the part is 10k without labor. What a piece of crap. Stay away from Ram

Very disappointed with FCA group

Very disappointed with FCA group. I asked for settlement many times to no avail. The interest charges were really high which is why I wanted to settle early. Can’t believe they are allowed to continue trading. No customer service at all. Be aware if you are considering using this group.

FCA Warranty Not Honored

As simply as I can tell this story: I have a Dodge Durango. When I bought it (new), I also bought a lifetime, unlimited-mileage warranty from Chrysler. The warranty covers anything not designed to wear out (brake pads or a rust spot on the body are not covered, but a failed alternator is). The "wheelhouse silencers" (felt inserts in the rear wheelwells) are drooping onto my tires; holes have been worn through them.

I was unable to get the Wheelhouse Silencers approved for warranty replacement through the Greeley, Colorado Dodge dealer, so I contacted the warranty folks myself, carefully explaining the issue and why I thought it should be covered. This is an exact quote from the response: "We are disappointed to learn of the concern with the transmission in your 2012 Dodge Durango. We understand your frustration and fully appreciate your concern, particularly in view of the expense and inconvenience involved, however, we are unable to accommodate your request for out-of-warranty consideration. The vehicle has exceeded the time and mileage limitations of the warranty we offered on the vehicle at the time it was placed into service."

Holy crap. I did not say anything about a transmission, and it's not possible for my vehicle to be too old or have too many miles. The response is nonsensical. I regret buying the Durango, and the warranty.

Dodge Chrysler make junk cars

Their older model vans are junk. I wish I would have helped my relatives choose a better make and model back then before inherited it. Ugh!

Has intermittent start issue currently.

They should offer free diagnosis nationwide at their local dealerships.

Also they should extend warranties after the new warranty expires

Lease contract for a Fiat 500 car

Lease contract for a Fiat 500 car - the car has some technical issue for 12 months - the car has been sent 4 times to the garage Battersea Motor Village, that have never be able to fix the problem. Since we have contacted the FCA client service, asking to break the lease contract, they are trying to save some time, hiding behind excuses as they don t want to take the responsability...We can't use the car properly and safely and we are paying for a service that we can t use.
