Great item so far. Hope it lasts Long.
I did not receive any confirmation mail after ordering.Thought the Order was a Fake. Suddenly after one week i had the item at the frontdoor, great .Please send confirmation mail and date of delivery for future orders. Item is really good, checked with 3000 watts and it works Great. A friend of mine will also order. Tests on you tube convinced me.

The customer service and communication was excellent!
Emailing and messaging was almost in real time.
Every request was dealt with very quickly.
Delivery was slow to Australia, but in fairness it was leading up to Christmas.
I wish all companies had communication and help as good as FCHAO.
