I ordered 3 shirts, one with printing, and I love them all! The quality is great and the fit is perfect (I ordered a size up as per the advice on the website). Delivery was faster than expected and the customer service team were really helpful. I received email updates throughout. Will definitely be buying again!

Long expedition time
Good quality shirts - but I wasnt notified about the tracking number when the package arrived in France, I did recevie a tracking number when I got the confirmation order but it never got updated until I sent a message to support after 3 weeks of waiting.

Good quality shirt - but really long expedition time (as they do announce on the website) but took them over a week from placed order till I got a shipping notification (which I sought out myself by asking about it). In total 3 1/2 week from placed order to package received. Therefore only 4 stars.

Bought an 1991-93 Fiorentina kit. Quality is extremely poor, especially the 7up sponsor logo, dreadful.
Trying to make a return/refund with them is a hassle and a half, and no return label is provided, so I would have to spend almost 25£ simply to send it back them myself.
Stay far away.

Edit: Their response sadly just reaffirms their business practice. I did not wish to exchange my shirt, i wanted a refund due to its bad quality. Not providing return labels is a clear sign they know this, and wish to make it as hard as possible/expensive to make a return, as to deter you.

Been 2 weeks now and still no sign of a email or my shirt don’t buy from here

Very poor quality shirt and did not fit. I immediately requested a refund and they said no because the shirt had the number 10 on it.
Probably the worst £44 I have ever spent.

I ordered a top for my partner for his birthday but in the wrong sizing, so I needed to exchange the tops!

With a simple email and photos the guys were happy to swap the tops and refund the original order value!

The top was sent it expected timings and they where in constant email conversation with me about everything I needed to do and provide!

Brilliant quality top and even better quality service!

Very good quality shirts.
Delivery time, as explained on the website takes a while, so bear this in mind, but its worth it for the grat quality shirts. Customer service is good as well.

Shirts are sent from China and are way too small in their sizes

Ordered a retro boca juniors shirt and couldn't be happier with it once it arrived. The fit is perfect. They say order a size up, so I ordered XL and it fit perfectly. I'm actually that pleased that I'm fancying ordering the vintage Milan one too

Good quality, custom name/numbers look great!

Poor quality, ordered the fiorentina and Barcelona 95/96 kit. Logos are obviously fake - if I saw someone with it on I'd recognise it as a fake straight away. Ordered a large as advised on the website due to the shirts being smaller. Fits like a small. 5 out of 5 star reviews on their website shows they're selecting what to show. I knew they wouldn't really offer much in terms of goodwill/ swapping the shirts, £80 down the drain. If you're going to order, order 2 sizes up and probably would advise against if you're hoping to wear it seriously.

Bought 7 different shirts from FC Retro and just WOW!

The quality of these shirts is unbelievable, the attention to detail with the stitching, shirt printing and sleeve patches is amazing.

My order was delivered much faster than the estimated shipping times, arriving in just 7 days which was brilliant!

The communication was perfect by email, I received an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation containing a tracking link.

Will definitely be ordering more for myself and as gifts for friends!

Bad quality for the price you pay and there is no refund available. Avoid if possible, ordered at a different company and the quality is a lot better

Took ages to come but did eventually looks ok nothing special but decent still

Names look a bit off so I’d advise just getting plain shirt if u need a kit and don’t order at late notice as it takes a while

The end product is of very low quality, material emblem and adidas logo are not good at all.

Took far too long to arrive. It is in the terms and conditions so consider this when you order.

Images on the website of the product doesn’t represent the one sent to me.

I’ll be sending it straight back for a refund.

I ordered a football jersey which I only ordered as it was supposed to come within the selected amount of days it stated on the website for my location as I needed this too to arrive for a certain date. A few days passed and I had no word from the company, no tracking number no email no nothing to tell me if my product was dispatched or anything yet. Then it was coming very close to when I needed it to arrive which was over 2 weeks wait then I finally got a tracking number after all that time and when I went to track it even a day before I needed it to arrive it still said they hadn’t even given it to the postal company. The quality of the jersey is also not great at all as it burns my skin a lot when I move and is a cheap material and the sponsor and badges on the top are not good quality and defected and messed up making it look stupid. Do not recommend don’t buy off this company. Awful service. I wont be buying again. Top didn’t arrive till 7 days outside of the maximum time it said it would be.

Jersey is identical to how it’s shown on the advertisement. Great quality. Great customer service always responding to emails about the jersey

Great quality but even better customer service. Had an initial mistake with my order and had someone right away to help me out!
