I finished my trainings ( Book Keeping,VAT and Account Assistant with Future Connect in Birmingham and the experience is top notch. First and foremost, i would like to talk about the staff. They are very attentive and always ready to listen to your complaints and assist you in achiving your results no matter the number of times you call on them. They are just too good. I would also like to talk about the lessons leart from all the packages. The syllabus is well-packaged and very exhaustive. I recommend that you attend Future connect if you want any experience in Accounting or related matters.

I recently got a role through the Recruitment team at future connect.

Would highly recommend the Recruitment and support team as they helped with the CV, Cover Letter and with interview questions and answer preparation.

I completed The Complete Financial Analyst training and would highly recommend it.

Covers all aspects of Bookkeeping/Payroll, Accounts Assistant and Analysis, using tools such as Sage 50, Xero, excel etc.

The trainers at the Birmingham office - Saroj, ibrahmin and the other trainers like Bala have been so helpful and supportive during my training.

Would highly recommend to to anyone looking to get into Finance/Accounting/IT.

Completed Accounts Assistant training. Happy with process and learning. Trainer Umme Farwa very professional, knowledgeable and helpfull. I enjoyed the training and benefited from the experience and learning. lots learning material and helpfull resources after completing and help with interview after and get to keep pdf of learning infomation.

Awful experience. They will tell you something and train you using it’s old material. The trainer can’t even speak properly. Their knowledge about the uk tax is poor. About experience you will not have opportunity to work in office based environment which they advertised.

This is a useful course to do if you wish to switch careers or are looking for an accounting qualification.

The teaching method is a bit different but I dare say it’s part of the day and age we live in now. You can do the course online from home, or, in branch which is what I did, where you will have the extra benefit of online support as well as in branch.

Abbas, the online tutor does an outstanding job, helping everyone when they are at different points in the course. Bala and Soraj are both very helpful in-branch assistants.

I had a great experience in the whole course and I want to thank you all the professionally qualified and knowledgeable trainers who helped me with my queries in training from the beginning of my course and solving out .They have positive learning and supportive environment . Hello I just want to let people this training is total scam my son took training and they promised job after training he did training as accounting assistant but over one year he applied 1000 jobs no job interview fct know that because prof is their google doc we paid them but no outcome all that is they need money and throw you out total waste please please read reviews and ask other students before you pay thanks I received email from trust pilot that fct not recognised you so that mean review not trusted but I can send details of payment as well which I paid

Total scam!

So I am sharing my experience with this company warn those who are thinking about doing a course with FTC. So basically, I enrolled onto an accounts assistant training course, because I wanted more experience. So the course was very improperly managed, because it finished way to quick, it said that training usually takes a few months, but I was done way before that. When I enrolled for the course, the description included a guaranteed job interview, but that never happened. After finishing the course, all I was sent was a bunch of emails with links to jobs, which I found a bit stupid because 1, they were just normal links I could access when I am applying for jobs anyway, and 2, WHERE WAS MY GUARANTEED INTERVIEW?? The help wasn't what I expected, infact, it wasn't even help at all. All they cared about was the payments being sent to them by Klarna. I kept applying as usual but nothing good was coming out of it, I applied to hundreds of jobs (even before I started the course) and hoped that the experience will give me a boost, but nothing!! My applications kept getting rejected, so what was my training for? This company doesn't care about getting you jobs, all they care about is your money. I stopped receiving 'help' after my course finished. The only help they provided was updating my CV and that's it. Those links they sent me, I had already applied to those jobs before, so what was the actual point? I am very very disappointed in this company because I can't get my money back. I had no luck with jobs, heck they don't even invite me to interviews!! I want to warn anyone who wishes to do a course with FTC, PLEASE DON'T, YOU'RE ONLY WASTING YOUR MONEY AND ARE GUARANTEED NOTHING IN RETURN. SO JUST PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH OF A COMPANY!!

Don't get fooled by the promises they make!!
