Thank you for your feedback - We would like to clarify this situation, as the description in this review does not accurately reflect the facts.
The product ordered was the "Weber Carburetor 30 IBA Rebuild Kit for Classic Fiat Panda 34/35". Both the specific carburetor type and the applicable Panda model range are clearly stated in the product title and product description.
The item was ordered for a Panda 4x4 Sisley equipped with a Weber 32 TLF carburetor, which is both a different Panda model and carburetor type, and therefore clearly not compatible with the product ordered.
This mismatch is not related to incorrect product information, but to an incorrect part selection by the customer. Despite this, and although the situation was not caused by us in any form, we covered the return shipping costs to settle the situation with customer.
We take our customer service and reputation very seriously and always aim to provide accurate information and excellent and Fair support.
For that reason, we believe it is important to respond to this review in order to reflect the actual circumstances of the case.

Shipping costs are much too high. Even PostNL isn't that expensive. FD Ricambi: do something about that.
