FedBiz makes renewals so easy and simple which is great as when doing it directly with the gov't is so much more complicated! It was great working with Ashley Futral on on our latest renewal - she saved me so much time! She also helped sort out issues that came up with SAM that I don't think we could have solved on our own. Fed biz access is great. They assist you and walk you through the entire process. I was working with another company that made things extremely difficult and were not helpful throughout the process before I switched the Fed biz Access and I wish I would have found them from the start. The last company failed me and Wayne and Cassie knocked it out of the park!
