DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY. Be very careful before proceeding with this company. If you look in the reviews you will see one from Summer success institute. Federa has been holding $10,000 from them for 40 days now. They wrote a response stating that the money was returned and the case was closed. THAT IS FALSE!! WE HAVE BEEN CALLING FEDERA FOR WEEKS NOW WITH NO RESOLUTION. YOU ALSO CANNOT RESPOND TO THEIR FALSE CLAIMS IN THESE COMMENTS. Time to lawyer up.

REFUND - I admit I was worried, I did have to make many calls but they promised me to be patient and that they will send back my deposit and they did. Emma was their customer service representative and she didn’t ignore me and said their policy to refund can take up to 30 days. Daniel in Finance also made the efforts to get the refund done.
I was worried because after the auction had ended, I realized that I didn’t have a contract with Federa outlining the agreement. It felt raw and exposed, so my advice to the company would be to make their customers feel more secure. Otherwise I am happy to see them return my money and glad they addressed my concerns.
This case is closed and my money was returned.

This review comes after my first experience using Federa. While Customer support was excellent, the auction itself was not an easy-to-use process. In my case, I bid lower on purpose with the intent to increase the bid as needed. However, bids came in fast and furious at the final few minutes plus the aauctoneer increased the time. Therefore, in the final few minutes, the bid went from my highest bid to $216,285!!

It is just very amazing to me that so many people leave a bad review about this company, because you don’t read or understand the rules.
I did plenty of business with this company and I always got my deposit back when requested it. Is very simple read what you agree to and understand the process before you bid. Yes it is frustrating if you don’t win a bid but don’t blame them.
Sometimes you lucky and sometimes you not, this comes with the game of bidding to buy a house. But to say you never got your deposit back is just hard to Believe.

***Update 9/4/25:
As promised, I’m updating to 3 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. We finally got the 💸 refunded in our account. It wasn’t clear lines of communication but they did at least keep responding, which is appreciated. I’d like a cut of the interest that they accrued while “compliance” was going on from mid-July to September. If they add our 10K to the balance…well, at least we got it back. Whew! Not doing THAT again.
***Update 8/30/25:
Still no refund deposited into our bank account. Federa sent another Stripe Payment request via email early last week per our bank confirmation that no wire attempt “failed” on our end at all. Waiting…waiting….🙏🏼🤞🏼

Still no refund.
After 72 hours past the 30 day deadline and Emma’s reassuring, confirming, texts, no refund.
Our profile status keeps changing but no actual refund.
Federa “finance” department said they attempted to refund my $$ and that my input account/routing numbers were correct but it “failed”. They suggested I reach out to my bank and find out why.
The continued gaslighting & manipulation is not building our confidence. I want to update my ⭐️ but can’t until my money is actually back in my bank account.
Update #1: Federa replied below, stating that this has been “completely resolved”. However, the refund has not yet reached my bank account. It’s concerning with the gaslighting & status saying “approved”. No $$ being returned/refunded. Tomorrow is 30 days & I’ll adjust review upon receiving the fund’s returned.
We are reviewing this with (2) ⭐️ ⭐️ until we are refunded as promised via text, calls, email follow ups with Federa Customer Service.
(2) ⭐️⭐️ for them acknowledging our pending refund, confusing status updates on our transactions and appearing to “expedite”our refund. Our 30-day deadline for compliance requirements is Monday, 8/18.
We hope to change this to 5 stars by Monday end of day. We will open a complaint & proceed to take legal steps for our refund.
We hope that this isn’t necessary.
We are interested in participating in this auction-styled platform with other properties that meet our qualifications, once we understand Federa’s process better. Stay tuned for update & ⭐️’s.

I have been in contact with your company for the past week trying to purchase a home. I have spoken to one of your representative by the name of Emma, She was just a fresh Breath of air. She was very well versed in what she does and she was very polite and Professional. Even though I did not won the Bid I was very happy with the way I was treated by this Lady. We attempted to purchase three homes through their auction platform. In multiple cases, we were shown as the highest bidder but were later informed we had not won. The explanations given didn’t match what we understood about the process, which made us feel the system was not transparent. Our deposit has now been held for much longer than expected, and we’ve been passed between different contacts with no clear resolution.
We went in hoping to buy a house, not to request a refund. Unfortunately, the experience has eroded our trust. In our opinion, the rules aren’t clearly presented, and the process feels tilted in favor of the house — much like a casino. If you enjoy taking risks, maybe this platform is for you, but for us, it’s been frustrating and disappointing

Due to childhood polio, my fingers are somewhat disabled and I have difficulty typing. Over five decades of experience, he has the best customer service I have had.
