I bought into federal direct with no tax experience and I feel like I was set up for failure as I had no building and was peer pressured into buying the service with little to no training. However after talking it over John has given me a refund on the software and all I can say to that is thank you John that really helped out. All I could say is if you are going to do taxes, be prepared to succeed study taxes from a few years back if you have to, get a building, put the software to use and their team will help you Im sure of it.

My initial training first began with system installation by Tony. Tony did a great job initializing the Federal Direct software, explaining the process, and completing the install all with ease. The next day was an overview and training by Richard. Through remote log-on, Richard provided clear and concise instruction as he trained me on the hierarchy of the software, lead me through many examples, schedules, filing costs, and we even discussed hot topical tax issues pertinent to 2015 filing. He spent a very generous amount of time teaching in the various areas including other resources available to me as a Federal Direct partner and the various IRS certifications available. Richard is a very gifted trainer and will ask for him the next time I have a training need. Thanks to both Tony and Richard for more than excellent service! These people care about your business, they are professional, and they always go the extra mile to make your business a success. They know what they are doing if it is a software issue or a tax issue.

I am still in the start up phase, but so far service has been excellent. Every time I call I get a live person answering and I usually get my questions answered on the spot. The roll out and training has been excellent and the software seems very easy to use. I would recommend them to anyone.
