These guys have been brilliant with our company from start to finish and collected a large overdue invoice from a troublesome UK customer.

Very efficient reasonably priced service , £600 invoice 70 days overdue, FM did a letter and was paid within 5 days of the letter , hope I won't need the service again but if I do would definitely use, Thanks

The particular issue that I currently have with a CCJ they could not help with due the small amount of money owed. However their response to my online enquiry was very quick and the advice given was both informative and helpful. If I ever need the services of a debt collection agency in the future, these guys will be my first port of call. Excellent customer service.

Good, fast correspondence and managed to get my debt paid before 7 days of letter being issued.

Terrible experience. We paid them in full for their services and are now trying to recoup some if not all of our funds back. We have had to chase their manager Tony Meadows on multiple occasions to no avail. He apparently is doing an 'investigation' and was supposed to get back to us over 2 weeks ago, he then responded saying that he'd been on holiday and would respond within 48 hours, that was over a week ago, we have sent emails and have had no response. Please do not make the mistake of going with this firm for collections, their lack of professionalism is unbelievable!

Hired their expertise to help us out with an outstanding invoice. Their communication was very professional. In addition, they send us updates weekly on the progress and eventually managed to recover the outstanding dues from a company. Their fees are very reasonable. Overall very happy. Will hire again if the need arises.

The communication and upfront conversations could not be an easier to understand. Tony Evans gets a special mention for how professional the whole engagement was from start to finish. For a small price do not waste your time chasing someone for money, the emotional wreck is removed handing your problem over to the Federal Management Team. Paid these guys £850 and they couldn’t recover a penny.
So disappointed. Before paid them they were very communicative and convincing.
After that, nothing. 0 .
By the way, I managed to recover the debt through the authorities.
So it looks like they are chasing profits only!

After a few difficult months with no progress during covid periods (understandable isolation issues, changes of staff etc), Jane Peters from the Legal department picked up our case and from this point on the service was professional, efficient and beyond reproach. With a particularly difficult debtor to deal with, Jane approached this with such patience, professionalism and determination and really went over and above to make sure we were happy with the resolution. I contacted this firm Mid May to recover debts I got tired of chasing my debtor for. The person I spoke to told me that it's a 5 week process and if the debtor does not pay they will go to his house and get the money themselves. I was happy about this because it would have been just in time when we needed our money for our house deposit back. However, since I instructed them, I was told by one of the administrator that I should have gotten a tracking number when the letter was sent out. I kept sending emails and calling asking of the debtor got the letter the following day. No one confirmed he actually received it all I had been told that it was issued. They were to provide us with weekly updates and I didn't get my first update until like the 3rd week with just a basic 2 page which does not show a summary of information. Emails were responded to in what I believe whenever they wanted to, and whenever I spoke to anyone about my case, one person would say it's a particular person dealing with it and when I do get in contact with that person, he would say it's not him, when the debtor himself has been in contact with him, so I was basically being lied to. When I asked for updates because I realised the 5 weeks was drawing closer, all I would get is basic emails sometimes only 2 lines and when the debtor don't pay they keep saying they are carrying out the processes and when I email my frustrations, they completely ignore my emails. It was becoming to frustrating that I didn't see the point having to be chasing them all the time for updates when not once I ever got a proper summary of what's taking place only to be told when asked that they can't tell me of every step they gonna take. Isn't that what is called an update? Now they talking about charging me for the full recovery percentage of 7% When they have not even gotten a £1 from my debtor. I would not recommend this company. And when I expressed that I felt like my case wasn't taken as priority, the response was that they have thousands of cases dealing with. This has been more stressful than chasing the debtor myself. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's not worth it. The debtor didn't even take them serious because I'm sure he realised he could tell them anything and they would fall for it. The most annoying thing was waiting days for email response. And the drama of this one saying it's not him, and another saying it's him, and so they kept going. Too much people were involved and up to this day, they never confirmed who was the person designated to my case. Stay far away from them if you already have stress of your own because these reviews, based on my experience are FAKE!! I Like I said, based on the positive reviews, they are all FAKE but mine is 100% true. The last email I received on June 30th stated there was no further update, so how was I to know the debtor confirmed full payment for the 28th when no one mentioned anything to me? The 28th of what? Because I didn't terminate until July 2nd. Where is that email sent to me or phone call recording of this confirmed payment? Let it be escalated because I would like to see that email or hear that recorded call. The debtor is still being chased at the moment since up to this day I haven't gotten a £1 off him. You need to stop telling lies. It is within my rights to report you. That's why those services exist for customers like me who get taken advantaged of. You guys are publicly trying to me make me out to a liar and that is unprofessional! All I've said is the truth.
