Customer service???

Order was put through twice, rang the restaurant straight away and they were so kind and cancelled it with no issues, told me to contact feed me for my refund. Sent an email to feed me (because their contact number is no where to be found on the app or internet) and no response, charged me twice I want my refund!

Impossible to cancel order

Ordered and restaurant rang to say an item was not available. I asked them to cancel and they said to do it through feedme. There was no option to do this so order went through and money taken from my account.

A full refund was issued promptly once we were made aware of the issue. Please note that refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account. This timeframe is standard across most online payment platforms.

I used feed me app for first time today…

I used feed me app for first time today to order from Chicken Hut un Dublin 8....

I will never order from Chicken hut again.
Food was terrible, chips were freezing, orders was missing items. The only positive thing about the food was the mayonnaise was nice on the burger.
First time ordering from chicken hut and last time ill ever order from here.
I was supposed to avail of a 10% discount as my first order though "Feed Me" app.
The total cost including delivery was €52.60 and I received €1.50 off = €52.10..
Now, im no mathematician but I do know that that's not 10% off....

Hi Keith, Very sorry that you had a bad experience using the discount today. The full 10% discount can be used in most takeaways listed, although some items are already discounted such as Meal Deals, Special Offers etc and dont attract the generic 10% discount.
