Great!

I booked a free trial two weeks ago with my Mrs - wasn’t too sure so a young lady named Yasmin booked me a second free trial which I attended last weekend I have just for one session a week

After using EMS in just 2 weeks my body fat percentage is already down by 2%!

Cannot wait to see the progress/results

HAS FEEL ELECTRIC GONE BUST?

EMS is a great concept and I have enjoyed it for the last 18 months. However, as a franchise opportunity its an absolute no go! They have closed the 3 studios that were Harrogate/Leeds based due to lack of membership. The last studio closed recently and they issued a statement saying this was a temporary close for 3 weeks. However 3 weeks have passed and still not able to book on their system, and nobody answers the phone or returns emails! There is zero marketing, zero social media marketing. I'm not sure word of mouth and call calling is having the desired effect on expanding their membership here in Yorkshire! Based on the support level offered to the clients, I wouldn't invest with Feel Electric. And after no response from them at all, I'm not sure if they haven't gone bust! Such a shame for the PT's at Roundhay - they were brilliant!

Transformative EMS Journey: Pain-Free and Stronger After 50 – Life-Changing Results in Just One Year!

I’ve been training with Feel Electric EMS for over a year now, and the results have been absolutely transformative!
Several years ago, I suffered a serious injury from heavy weight training. Shoulder and lower back pain plagued me for years, making it impossible to maintain any consistent workout routine. Every attempt to get back into training ended in flare-ups, leaving my fitness and physique in decline.
A friend recommended Feel Electric EMS, so I decided to give it a try. To my amazement, after just a few sessions, my chronic pain started to ease significantly—and now it’s completely gone! Best of all, with only 20 minutes per week, I’ve been able to maintain my ideal muscle tone, strength, and body composition. My body fat has dropped, core stability is stronger than ever, and I genuinely look and feel years younger.

The guys who work at Raynes Park are…

The guys who work at Raynes Park are great. The problem is with the company itself, not caring about their customers at all. Ive complained to the head office via "a ticket" as i cant call them??? The Health Machine at the studio has not worked since ive been there. The Health Machine is the one thing that shows your progress, so ive no idea how im getting on as my body has not changed in shape at all?? Very expensive....No-one has replied to me and ive been complaining since October?? Since December ive put my DD on pause??

At first I was nervous as I didn’t fully understand what this entailed. I met Simin who patiently everything to me and was so understanding when I explained I’m not sure about this but she was so kind and started off slowly and today I’ve been there 3 months and enjoy my sessions with her :))

Unauthorised payment, Data breach & a refusal to respond.

THIS EDIT HAS BEEN ADDED IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY BY FEEL ELECTRIC UNDER MY REVIEW.

1, Feel Electric state that they could find: “no communication with [me] in the past calendar year and nothing prior to that which indicates the concerns [I] have raised”
*On 05/02/2025 I sent my final email asking whether there has been any update as promised. On the same day I received an automated message confirming the receipt of my email & that a ticket had been created with the estimated response time being approximately 2 days. Obviously I did not receive a reply & as the automated email didn't specify using another address or portal to contact Feel Electric, it's safe to assume it's still a viable method to use.

2, Feel Electric state: “We do not operate a telephone customer service line which may be why you have struggled to get in touch via that…”
*The phone number that I used to contact Feel Electric was a number provided to me (via email) by a Feel Electric customer service rep (so I have written evidence that can verify it's an official telephone number) & I was recommended, by said employee, to use this number. On the rare occasion, when calling, I would actually reach a human being which confirmed that it was a functioning number. Once I raised my concerns however, all I could reach is the answer machine (which clearly stated Feel Electric in it’s recorded voicemail message).

3, Feel Electric state: “We have also never received a handwritten letter from yourself to our head office location that any of our team have been made aware of and as such cannot respond to that.”
*There’s no mention of a ‘handwritten’ letter in my review. I stated that I sent a ‘physical’ letter to head office. This letter was sent via Special Delivery and was confirmed as being delivered. In addition, I received an email from Feel Electric confirming the receipt of the letter and informing me that the Director (who has the same first name as the Feel Electric rep who has responded below) will reply in due time. This, of course, did not happen.

4, Feel Electric state: “As for your direct concerns, from what we can see you had a successful membership that expired in May 2024 and lasted the duration of our contractual period ...”
*It wasn’t a successful membership. I experienced a data breach & was erroneously charged twice. I did not attend any classes and cancelled the contractual peroid early due to my terrible experiences.

It’s VERY concerning that Feel Electric cannot find any evidence of communication with me. I have both email & phone records (with times, dates & names) to prove that I have contacted this company multiple times regarding my ‘concerns’. I even called different branches around London to see if the staff there could help me. Even though they tried it came to no avail.
Everything written below in my review is accurate and truthful & I have irrefutable evidence to support this. This is a further damning example that Feel Electric is unable to resolve customer related issues adequately & their ability to offer secure and reliable client care is systematically flawed.

It's suspicious that despite claiming they have no record of any grievances, they're encouraging me to reach out to 'set things right'. How can Feel Electric rectify a problem that they deny even exists?

The fact that it took me writing a negative review on Trustpilot for them to finally respond is just wild.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

If you're enjoying your fitness journey with this company, I’m grateful & hope it continues. In my experience Feel Electric has displayed some of the most bizarre & irresponsible behaviour I’ve ever witnessed. This review is simply to caution all to be mindful before signing up with them.

I noticed that I’d been incorrectly charged twice on my bill. This was, also, confirmed by a customer service rep and I was promised that it would be addressed however, despite the promise, I received no refund. I also experienced a significant data breach when Feel Electric emailed me personal information about another client by mistake. When I asked how this data breach occurred & whether it’s been rectified; I received little to no information about it.

I followed up my queries with multiple voicemails (as no one would answer the phone), emails & even a physical letter mailed to their head office. To this day there’s been no attempt to respond or resolve these issues.

So please be aware that Feel Electric have some very dubious & unprofessional practices. Keep an eye on your bank statements to ensure they’re not overcharging you & ask them to investigate whether your details have been leaked too.

The true test of a reputable organisation is how it responds when they’ve made an error. Feel Electric simply ignore you & pretend it hasn’t happened.

We have done this investigation over the weekend since receiving your review and can find no communication with you in the past calendar year and nothing prior to that which indicates the concerns you have raised regarding a refund or any supposed data concern.

We do not operate a telephone customer service line which may be why you have struggled to get in touch via that, but we do have call-back scheduling in operation and have done since last year where a customer can book themselves into a calendar of customer service personnel which there is no indication that you have done.

We have also never received a handwritten letter from yourself to our head office location that any of our team have been made aware of and as such cannot respond to that.

As for your direct concerns, from what we can see you had a successful membership that expired in May 2024 and lasted the duration of our contractual period and since then our systems show that you have merely been enrolled in our follow-up marketing material as you have not elected to unsubscribe from this.

Even so, we are grateful for the opportunity to set right anything that might be of concern to you even if it is historic and as such I encourage you to reach out to us at the support portal support.feel-electric.com where one of our agents will be able to take a detailed account of your concerns and resolve them for you expediently.

My journey with Feel Electric EMS

I started my journey with Feel Electric Acton in June '25, and after 6 months of attending weekly 20-minute sessions, the data speaks for itself. As someone looking for efficiency and results, I couldn't be happier with the progress:
- Weight: 101.35 kg → 96.65 kg
- Body Fat: 35.1% → 32.7%
- Muscle Mass: 35.42% → ~37%
- BMI: 32 → 30.8
It’s incredible what just 20 minutes a week can do when the program is right. A huge thank you to my trainers, Tim and Simin. They have been fantastic in tailoring specific EMS programs to my goals and keeping me motivated every week. If you’re looking for a supportive environment and a workout that actually delivers, I highly recommend this team.

Simin and Tim are amazing,very professional and welcoming.Super supportive friendly and very knowledgeable. I have come this far in losing weight,toning is on the up and most of all I have lost a lot of fat and gaining muscle weight. Best EMS in town

Simin and Tim are the best PT you could ever have in west London. They are both accommodating, kind and understanding. They are always there to encourage you in your training and giving the best advise about nutrition and general health. Thank you guys for all your support!

Aches and pains no more

I am so happy I found EMS studio run by Simin in Richmond and now she is opening another one in Kew. With tailored 1-2-1 training, my knee pain has gone and I had a frozen shoulder for 2 years that has also improved immensely with EMS and nutrition support provided on the feel electric website. An overall positive benefit is I have now toned up and lost weight in addition to solving my painful knees and shoulder. Would highly recommend Simin. She is attentive and works with you so you get the best benefit.

EMS studio ACTON

I have found this studio in Acton in February (my hairdresser recommended me to try) and I can say this has changed my life! I have always struggled to lose weight and I hated the gym. Since February 2025 until now (December 2025) I have lost almost 15kg , something that I could never lose in my previous attempts. I started going twice a week from October and is much better, I can see better result each week.
The trainers are amazing, both Simin & Tim, however Leila is the BEST !! I just love to train with her, she always push me to my limits, she make sure that I am doing the exercises correctly and she is helping me to keep my motivation and focus every session.
The 20 minutes fly so fast and I really enjoy my workouts, I am actually looking forward to each of my session :) I recommend them!

Fantastic training, visible results in a short time

I highly recommend EMS training in general and this place specifically. Simon and Tim are a great team of trainers, very knowledgeable and supportive, they both have good energy and a pleasure to deal with.
Now, as someone who's not particularly keen on sports I can wholeheartedly recommend this system if you need to tone your body but unwilling to spend hours at the gym. I've been doing twice weekly for 3-4 months, the results are astounding. I dropped a dress size, my arms and legs are much slimmer, my tummy is almost flat. All that without any specific diets. I've lost a little weight, too, but really it's about toning. Try it, you will never look back.

EMS Richmond - 1:1 personalised training, great atmosphere

I have been attending EMS lessons at the Richmond studio for few months now and I can highly recommend! I think it’s the only EMS studio in London, where the sessions are 1:1. Simin and Tim and incredibly knowledgeable and are adjusting the training to your personal goals.
Really good communication, cancellation policy and the location of the studio is just perfect - opposite the Richmond station.

Amazing experience with Ems electric

The EMS sessions were definitely electric — in the best possible way. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, bu qualified trainers explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. The workouts are intense, efficient, and surprisingly fun.

I’ve noticed real improvements in strength, posture, and muscle activation, and the sessions always leave me feeling energized. The PT are highly knowledgeable, supportive, and knows exactly how to tailor each session to my goals.
I would definitely recommend Ems training

Tom and Joe are a top team!!

I have been made very welcome by both Joe and Tom at the Bristol EMS. Their awareness of Anatomy and Physiology is clear, which allows the attendees to trust that what they offer on the Mat is well thought through and always delivered with care and attention.

Customer service is non-existent

Head Office customer service is non-existent and any membership query has to be done through their web portal. They state 48 hours response and this NEVER happens. I speak with the team in the studio who are not able to help even though they wish they could. It is very frustrating to speak with a computer screen to try and get anything done and just get no response ongoing. This is not just my feedback but that of others I train with in the studio. All queries seem to go into a black hole at head office.

If you are looking for a team that cares including head office this is not where you are going to find it. This is low cost customer service with no human you can speak with to get anything to do. Very frustrating.
