Customer service was extremely helpful in resolving a concern I had about my auto subscription. Very high class and easy to work with.

Just don't do it. This site is bare bones basic. Illegible fonts, NO Option FOR NONBINARY gender indicators and no option for sexual orientation, combined with no way to report someone if they block you first. This all needs to be fixed. On top of this, they charge a different amount than the one shown.

There are a few payment issues but over all the app is pretty good

I had a few good conversations. Nothing serious has come from them yet, but the people I talked to seemed genuine and didn’t just use the same opener with everyone. My only complaint is the price. The subscription isn’t cheap, and it auto-renews, so make sure to watch out for that.

The app has no scam like other dating apps. Customer care is great and for the all time I've been using it, I must admit that I've met super nice people. I recommend it to all who wants to explore wide and deep.

The support team was polite and professional. When I asked to cancel my subscription, they confirmed it right away. There was no pressure or any odd attempts to make me stay.

Seems legit. Pricing could be more clear from the start, but a nice concept. Support was helpful

I was only on this site for 1 day but would like to talk about the honesty and integrity of feeling.me and their cancellation policy. I was worried to be honest but all of that was quashed by a very quick reply and assurance that my renewal had been immediately cancelled. I am not pleased with your service. I subscribed for 3 days but never got to speak to anyone. I only receive emails prompting me to check out for visitors
Today is my 3rd day and am working upto a deduction of R249.99 from my bank account which I never authorized. I only bought subscription of R29.99 which was a once off and never got any service for it. Kindly return my money and cancel everything because I am not comfortable working with you any more. Thank you for your cooperation.

Just joined , I got a few different messages all with the word distinguished in ,lolll , you'd think they would try a bit harder to scam you

Overall, it’s a pretty good dating site with plenty of active profiles in my area. I like the search filters and the interface itself. However, without a subscription, it does feel a bit limiting.
