Not that bad I'm sure agents are just trained negotiators but having back and forth chats for my money was really draining, eventually they returned it.

They made an auto renewal of an upgraded subscription without my consent, it really freaked me, I requested refund which they made some offers I wasn't interested in they negotiated to return 50% which I refused but eventually gave in because I needed that money for important need that's what I had kept it for in the first place. They returned 50% Sunday then another one came in Tuesday if how I don't know.

So basically they are humans they listen.

I came to this site because it advertised local girls, so, I signed up to their trial account which was, I think, $8.99 for 4 days. As soon as I signed on and clicked on the pay prompt it stated my purchase was validated but when I went on to the sight I could not see the member's faces because of the tiny pictures but you couldn't see them until they responded to you? Why would you want to engage someone who you couldn't see? But that's not all! I saw my credit card statement and I had been charged, not the $8.99 that I clicked on, but $53.00!!! Six times the amount, and to add insult to injury I could not find any link that would help me communicate this mistake. I can navigate any internet sight but they have gone out of their way to make it difficult. I'm sure many of the accounts were bots as well. They all answered "why" to any in depth query I posted and the Grammer was so bad, that in some cases I'm sure the person doing any typing was a third world immigrant and not the intelligent looking American raised woman in the profile picture. They keep talking in circles to keep you on line, throwing your money down a black hole!

It is a fairly easy site to navigate through a very simple profile set up. The smart message is actually a good idea. If your like me thinking of something to talk about isn't easy sometimes. Costumer service was fast with there reply and had multiple solutions for the problem I was having. And the other thing I found was a nice change from other dating sites the options and prices are very affordable.

This website is taking my money and not providing the services it promised. They are thieves and scammers! Avoid if you don’t want your money to keep disappearing from your account!! I’m so disappointed, the level some people go to steal people’s money! Disgusting!!

Why can I not remove my card details from this app? It takes money as and when it pleases. This is a scam.

I don’t think this site is real, ones I registered, I had plenty of messages from woman’s, same thing like on another fake dating sites. If someone can proof this site is real, please write something back. I don't want to spend any euros to feed fakes.

I'm not very good with the Internet and I decided that using a datesite wasn't right for me. I had difficulty cancelling my subscription but the datesite did it for me. I'm very grateful for their help with this. Thankyou
