Was using this for the past 3 months, they had an offer on if you recommended a friend they’d give them £10 off with your link plus £10 off for yourself. So I recommended my mum and she got the same stuff as me and started the subscription with £10 off. But the £10 off voucher for me never came. I emailed them asking about it and to check it will come off my next subscription. Just got ignored and now the money had come out of my bank. Cancelling both subscriptions. I don’t like using companies that just ignore the customer like this!

I purchased this fully aware it was a subscription, so that's not the issue. The issue is how difficult it is to cancel. The process is unnecessarily complicated, and even after following the cancellation steps, I still had to email customer support because it wasn't clear whether it had actually been cancelled.
The product itself was also disappointing. It has a gritty texture that doesn't go away, regardless of how it's prepared. I've tried a frother, hot water, hot milk, cold water, and cold milk, and it's still grainy.
A good product shouldn't require customers to fight through a cancellation process, and it certainly shouldn't feel unpleasant to drink. Not recommended.

The site was very clear it was a subscription. I did cancel mine before it renewed. It was quite simple to do.
But I do regret this as its much better than I expected. So I will subscribe again

I’m so genuinely happy taking feel reformed matcha! It’s an easy and healthy start to my day. I take the vanilla matcha with oat milk and have been doing this for a month and already my skin is glowing! My hair genuinely feels thicker and most of all my gut health and overall health feels so much better! I feel like I have an abundance of energy! I absolutely recommend this product!

Placed an order that has taken over 7 days to arrive when promised when paying for express shipping it would have arrived in 3 days. It did not leave their warehouse until the day it was supposed to arrive.
The day Royal Mail was supposed to deliver they did not even attempt.
CS team slow to respond to start with until they understood I wasn't going away with basic bot responses.

I ordered once to try their matcha only to find a month later that I subscribed. I have not subscribed at any point during the check out to receive monthly stock. However it is so well worded so you don't know you subscribed even after they send you the package. Reading my email inbox on the day I received it, they say "Here is your free creatine from us". As if they didn't withdraw money from my account. Investigating it, I found that they took money this month too and can do this once you provide them your bank details for any purchase. That's fraudulent. Do not trust it. As soon as I find out how to get in the subscription (because IT'S NOT STRAIGHTFORWARD) you press cancel, an add pops up, anything to stop you from stopping them taking your money.

Reformed has everything in it you need collegan, matcha and all the vitamins and minerals you need all in one drink which is very tasty.

I feel so much better in my joints from taking this, I had ACL surgery a few years ago and this is the first things that’s got me to consistently take vitamins and I’m absolutely loving it and feeling stronger. Thank you reformed team! Delish flavours too

Placed my initial order, there was only 1 delivery option for Express Delivery 24-48 hours at £4.99. Also took up an offer at Check Out which would have qualified free delivery but this wasn't applied. Meant to arrive it 7th May, by 9th Still hadnt arrived. Tried to contact their Customer Support to arrange a refund for the delivery cost. Took me 6 days to recieve a response from them trying social media and email as I wasn't hearing back from them. By this time I was so unimpressed by their customer service and inability to contact them I asked for a full refund and return the product. Especially annoying when you are continually recieving marketing emails from the same email you are meant to contact for support, but not hearing from anybody.

Very nice product. Am enjoying the Matcha. Recommended it to other friends.

I was sent the subscription 2nd bag of coffee which I wasn’t aware of so I requested a refund. This was dealt with extremely promptly, politely and had turned a slightly negative experience into a positive one which I would prefer to share. Overall a successful customer service experience and problem resolved very quickly. I enjoy the coffee, I just don’t need another bag just yet. I will order in future.

You can’t taste the vanilla in the ‘vanilla matcha’ at all and really lacks, I feel you can taste something fishy maybe the marine collagen? I was so disappointed

I debated buying the flavour tubs so I can add extra flavour but for a tub of the vanilla flavouring is £15!

Not worth the money & I wouldn’t recommend based on flavour. You can buy ceremonial grade matcha + all the vitamins cheaper separately and it taste a lot better.

BE CAREFUL OF SNEAKY SUBSCRIPTION

You order what you assume it a one of coffee supply and unless you read the small print, you realize they charge you £40.00 a month for a monthly subscription. Jokers!

I’ve been using Feel Reformed for around 2 weeks, and the difference I’ve noticed has been incredible. My brain fog has reduced significantly, my concentration has improved, and I feel much more alert and focused throughout the day. It’s one of the few products where I’ve genuinely noticed a real difference. I do have two months supply so I will also update when it’s all finished too.

But unfortunately, due to some unexpected financial circumstances, I’ve had to cancel my subscription for the time being. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service I received. The team replied quickly, were incredibly understanding of my situation, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

In the past, I’ve experienced slow responses or a lack of communication from other companies when trying to make changes to subscriptions, so it was refreshing to deal with a team that was so professional, compassionate, and efficient. Everything was processed promptly, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer.

Although I can’t continue with my subscription right now, I would happily return in the future when circumstances allow. Based on both the results I’ve experienced and the excellent customer service, I would highly recommend Feel Reformed.
