Great service by Feelsafe! Totally recommend them!
My university recommended me to use Feelsafe and I am very glad I did! As a newly arrived student in Austria I was confused about how many things work, but they took care of everything and were fully transparent with me for the whole process... and all was communicated in English! With UNIQA as an insurance provider I also 'felt safe', as everything ran super smoothly there, and even had a contact in my account for an English-speaking support rep to assist when needed.
With both hands I recommend Feelsafe!

Richard was very countable, and always provide supports as soon as possible. The system is efficient and professional as well. I went with the travel insurance and it fully met the requirements of the Embassy without any problem. I'd recommend this product!!

My experience with FeelSafe
My experience with FeelSafe started with the beginning of my student years in Vienna. I was very satisfied with my choice, the FeelSafe team was always fast and very helpful. The medical service, doctors and everything that was offered by FeelSafe was on the highest satisfaction level. As a student not from EU, I was very happy with FeelSafe, as they also provided me with all the requested documents for my visa procedures. The coverage package offered for students is more than enough, price is definitely on the same weight scale as quality! All in all, I just had the most positive experience with FeelSafe. I would definitely recommend it to students, who need insurance.

I liked their product
I liked their product. Basically everything with medical(medicine, lab reports, hospital chargers) were included. The direct billing doctors were bit hard to find and sometimes it took really while to get money back, but other than that, everything was fine.

Best Customer Service!
This is the insurance company with the best customer service I have ever encountered. They are very quick to provide solutions and very kind in their communications, which is particularly helpful when dealing with the hardships of visa/migration paperwork. Also, from my experience, the online payment platform is easy to use and Austrian authorities do not raise any observations about their coverage. 10/10 would recommend :)
