  1. Fitness and nutrition

Written by the company

CHEMISTRY is an online fitness and wellness platform designed to help women get stronger, build consistency, and create a healthier relationship with movement. Our programs combine at-home strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, progressive overload, behavior science, and practical tools for the moments when motivation drops or life gets busy. Our signature program, The Formula, is a 4-week strength + Pilates program built for women who are tired of constantly starting over. Alongside the workouts, members receive behavior-change education, guided reflection, emotional-regulation tools, and structured support designed to help them recognize the patterns that make consistency difficult and learn how to return after missed days instead of giving up. CHEMISTRY also offers educational wellness resources, including The Nutrition Edit, which covers topics such as macronutrients, sustainable nutrition, inflammation-related nutrition concepts, and common wellness trends like cycle syncing in an accessible, evidence-informed way. Our goal is not perfection, extreme routines, or quick-fix fitness. We focus on strength, sustainable habits, realistic structure, and helping women build routines that can adapt to real life. CHEMISTRY was created by Ana, a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer, with the belief that fitness should help women feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their ability to keep showing up for themselves.

The EFT was so helpful!!

THE EFT WAS THE PART I DIDN’T KNOW I NEEDED😍
There was one day I had my workout clothes on, weights literally sitting in front of me, and I still did NOT want to start. I did the EFT session first and it helped me get out of that resistance enough to say okay, just do 10 minutes. I ended up finishing the whole workout. That moment honestly made me feel like wow… maybe I actually can trust myself to come back instead of giving up

This made me so happy to read 🥹💛 That moment of choosing to show up for yourself even when you really didn’t feel like it is such a big part of what CHEMISTRY is about. I’m so glad the EFT helped you move through that resistance and realize that you can actually trust yourself to follow through. Thank you so much for sharing this!!
