Amazing customer service and overall product quality.

Awful way to run a business. Advertised a product online for £50 then waited for a week after my purchase to tell me this was an error and needed to pay another £200 to get the item. Total scam. Seems like an easy way to 'bump' your views up the google listing, by offering products that don't exist! Oh ........ and it took forever to refund my money. Pathetic

This company is a sham. Won’t reply to emails or in site messaging. Lied about the order being in stock, promised 3-5 days and no ship date 10 days later.

Product is rubbish. The ‘guaranteed no wobble’ table wobbles all over the place. Legs are clearly bending inwards. Contacted them to complain. They said they’d send a stabilising kit (interesting they make one when the table is ‘guaranteed no wobble’!), but they never did (and they subsequently told me it would only work with a wooden top anyway, when mine was stone). Tried a few more time to contact them on their online chat, but they don’t even reply. Now trying to get a refund. Would definitely not recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! Customer is absolutely shocking toke over 3 weeks for them to send the second half of our table toke me 3/4 phone calls just to get a tracking number for the second parcel once arrived we have put it together and it is unsafe and wobbly… even though I had previously emailed asking the weight limit for the frame which I was assured it was for heavy stone/quartz could hold well over what our quartz weighted yet the whole frame wobbles from side to side!

Very helpful over the phone with advice on which plastic feet we required and speedy delivery of the table legs which were well wrapped and protected.

There is not a single good thing to say about them. Ordered 16th May, “dispatched within 3-5 working days”. Order fulfilled 12th June – nearly a month after order. The build and design is very poor quality, so much so that one leg was noticeably wonky, on measuring, it was 13mm out of square which is a significant error over a short leg length. They said that it is “a handmade product so you must allow for tolerance” and that “the legs only need pulling out by hand”. Describing this as amateurish would be a compliment. If you succeeded in bending the welded box frame true by hand then you would just bend the other leg out of square. As such they do not consider the product faulty and have only partially refunded my order. The support frame mounting design is of poor design giving excess wobble and sat proud of the legs, the frame is a different design to the website, the finish is different to the main legs and the powder coating is not well finished. They also operate Drumbecue and The Metal Leg Company (MLCo) on Etsy. As someone else pointed out, don’t believe any of their positive reviews on trustpilot, as “Anita at Drumbecue” leaving a 5* review might be considered as a conflict of interest. There is also a nice positive review by “Josh C” (Josh Confino is the founder, coincidence…?)

Worst customer service you can possibly imagine. Called to see if it’s possible to get a photo of different colour options and they just hung up. When I called back, no one bothered to pick up the phone again.
Also no response per email either. Very poor service !

Ordered on 31/5/23. Website said in stock and 3-5 days delivery.
1 email returned out of about 5.
Finally arrived 24 days later however half the order is missing. Not answering emails.
Currently taking it up with credit card provider.

Avoid!

Have ordered some tables and seats and some steel frames on 13 May for our courtyard , when ordering it on the website it states 3-5 days delivery ... they did say when ordered it they was busy so it would 10 - 14 days Now have been waiting 16 working days and still cannot get a reply on a delivery it is a bit worrying so far as they do not have a telephone number to contact them. ....hope to get some communication back today.

I found FEETT online and used them to create bespoke legs for a large table I needed at short notice for a tv show. Josh (the founder) took all my frantic calls and a flurry of emails, had a bespoke sized frame made for me, researched having it powder coated in the perfect lilac colour and turned it all around in a heartbeat.

The results were perfect!
