Unfortunately we cannot reply to your both emails as there is a problem with your mail, we have responded swiftly to your emails and on both occasions had a bounce back that email cannot be delivered due to server issues your end. We have put in the email that we apologise for the mixup with product, offered you to keep the size that is to small and informed you that we are dispatching replacement free of charge. The replacements should be with you early next week. We do not feel that the 1 star review is deserved considering we have done everything we can and in good time to resolve.
