Neeraj Kumar Feedback Review

Neeraj is great to work with. He is smart. He raises good queries. He is efficient, and works well to turn jobs around quickly.
He takes feedback on well, asking good questions, and has adopted our practices and procedures in his stride (I am pretty fastidious with the workpapers and he has been great in getting me what I needed).
His communication every day was good – I always knew what he was working on and where the jobs were at. And they were produced to a high standard.
He joined us in our team training and team meetings, and it was valuable having his input with the team. He developed relationships and had interaction with all the team members.
I also thoroughly enjoyed having him part of the team and getting to know him. Seeing pictures of his beautiful family and enjoying his sense of humour.
If he does leave MCA, finding FT work with another client, I am truly sorry to see him go.

Our experience with Felcorp, especially with Neeraj as part of our team, has been very good.

The level of staff produced

The level of staff produced, open transparency with what is going on in the office in India. The staff talk highly of the organisation means I am comfortable that the organisation is not a sweat shop.
