Used the cream doesn’t do much have tried contacting them to cancel the subscription which I didn’t realise I had signed up to . Emails keep coming back as undeliverable can’t find a phone number company is a joke. Hope they read these reviews and someone contact me asap. Scammers

Starting to think this is a fake company.

I placed my order on 3rd May, got a few e mails with " order updates over the next few days including an Evri update stating they were expecting my parcel, then nothing. It's now 31st May and no sign of my parcel or update. Evri still showing as "expecting" the parcel. I will chase up, but have not had response from previous e mail. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

Order FL113372. I would not recommend using this company. Slow delivery Order placed 4/5/26 today is 30/05/2026 and still saying it’s in transit. As we have not received or tried before subscription is due next week have tried to cancel. They state you can manage your subscription online however when you try to cancel online they direct you to email them.???

Purchased under a "Buy One Get One…

Purchased under a "Buy One Get One Free" promotion but only received one item.
When I contacted customer service, I was offered store credit or told to return the product at my own expense. After a lengthy exchange, I was told a refund was being processed and was asked to remove my previous Trustpilot review first, which I did in good faith.
Since then, I have experienced repeated delays, vague updates, and have had to continually chase for information. Despite being shown that the refund was "processing", I still have not received the refund and have not been given a clear explanation for the delay.
What should have been a simple customer service issue has now dragged on for months.
Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to be cautious regarding promotional offers, customer service, and refund handling.

Order products over a month ago still not arrived been told there.s no refund that can given back as it.s gone back to there company so they.ve got the product an the money total scam

Very disappointed with this company.

Very disappointed with this company.

I placed an order on 12 May and was repeatedly told that my package was on the way. After waiting over two weeks, on 28 May I finally received an email saying the parcel had been returned because nobody accepted delivery, and asking me to confirm my address.

The problem is: the name and address they sent me were not mine at all. I live in the UK, but the parcel was apparently sent to an address in the USA under a name I do not recognise.

The whole situation feels extremely suspicious.

When I asked for a refund because I no longer wanted to wait, they told me they could not refund me because the item had already been shipped. Their solution was for me to refuse delivery when it arrives and then pay the return postage myself.

That makes no sense, especially when I repeatedly asked them to confirm my correct delivery address to avoid another mistake, and they completely ignored those messages.

To make things worse, they keep sending multiple customer survey emails every day asking about my experience, despite me already explaining that I have not even received the product.

Very poor communication, no accountability, and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. At this point it feels more like a scam than a genuine customer service issue. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
