I actually don't even want to give a star at all. They are so bad! I have been dumped from them suddenly last year and the partner company who works on my tax were 2 years behind all submission work! Since then, i have been trying to find one of them to update me on 2024 submission work but i am basically talking to a blackhole! There is no one responding and no one answering my calls!

1 Star is already too much! The most unprofessional and dubious and scummy Tax firm to exist. Rated 1 star everywhere, and my biggest mistake of taking them as our companies Tax outsourcing company. That even to this day after ending contract things have not been transferred or followed upon that should after termination instead just spam of letters coming to office asking for more and more. First company I had to use lawyers for, and a disgrace to every other tax firm. Unless you have really good lawyers, don't sign up with them, and never ever pay them their upfront money request. By name I would say worst of worst are Samy Taha, Ruben Fipke and no surprise their main cologne office head tax advisor vanished in August, a proper investigation into them will reveal thousands of cases of them not resolving or doing their job properly, not doing proper transfer of all relevant documents after termination and strong arming small companies, and acting like a spoiled child.

Never again.

I did my tax report for 2017 with Felix1. I wasn’t satisfied with the service, I would give some 3 stars.. but the problem is that they keep sending me offers and i can’t unsubscribe. The platform they use for sending messages is really bad. And they are very tricky. 3 years after i filed my taxes with them, they sent me another invoice and don’t want to answer what it means… and i can’t even open the invoice. This is a really bad service.

UPDATE: september 2021, over 3 years after their poor service, they deducted 111€ out of my bank account without explaining what was the invoice for.. they say it’s for the tax statement in 2017, but no detail. I already paid years ago!! This company is a scam! Stay away!
