I originally signed up due to Felix offering unlimited data at a reasonable price, however; after only being with them for less than 24hrs I changed back to my original provider. The coverage is e... See more

Really poor connection
Really poor connection. Often internet does not work even if connected. The general feel is that you're latched onto a slow (low-priority) channel of the vodafone network. Sometimes there's no coverage at all (e.g. in Cairns and most of Queensland) even if vodafone has signal.
It is still a new company
It is still a new company, it is the cheapest plan out there in terms of unlimited data 20ps and unlimited calls and SMS for $40month no lock in contract, no brainier to switch especially if your a high data usage, I would promote this server
Okayish service with room for improvement
nce is okayish with a couple of drawbacks that I experienced relative with other providers:
1) Phone calls cut out and reception is sporadically inaccessible. If you are after a consistently reliable connection, this is far from it.
2) Texting was sometimes weird… it would sometimes be unavailable, despite active reception, and it sometimes played up with imessage.
Customer service is also cumbersome and lacklustre.
1) The process of connecting to a customer representative via chat is comedically woeful and you are subject to the same process whenever you merely want to reply.
2) I was offered a refund and credit for not being able to access their international roaming service and for being heavily inconvenienced as a result (missed my layover flight). This offer was later again affirmed by Gracie but retracted by the initial agent (Stuart), after consuming aspects of their phone call service, but not data (originally intended). Disappointing.
Overall, the performance was okayish and I like the aesthetic / UX and graphic design and environmental focus, but there is room for improvement in other spaces.
Non-Existent Customer Support & Abysmal Indoor Coverage with Felix Mobile
I'm beyond frustrated with Felix Mobile. Three weeks ago, I reached out to them about their dismal indoor service, hoping for a solution. However, since then, it feels like they've completely vanished.
Their support system is a complete joke. Every time I attempt to call, it's like hitting a brick wall – always busy, always unreachable. And their in-app chat is no better. Hours of waiting for a response, only to receive basic questions and be left waiting again.
But what really infuriates me is the stark difference in coverage between Felix and my other provider. With my dual SIM card, Felix struggles to maintain even a single bar, while my other provider consistently has nearly full bars. It's a glaring discrepancy that showcases Felix's incompetence.
Enough is enough. I've been patient, but I refuse to tolerate this neglect any longer. If Felix Mobile doesn't address these issues promptly, I won't hesitate to escalate the matter. I'll be filing a payment dispute without hesitation.
I'm a DSP recipient & I was ripped off
I'm a DSP recipient and I was a only day late of my renewal and they only give you 2 days extension after that my 50% off deal was terminated, they are a-holes and not recommended, if I could afford a 5G or NBN service, I would get it but in Australia if you can't afford $80 you will get sweet FA
They don't allow you to downgrade plan…
They don't allow you to downgrade plan if it has expired. Customer support is unresponsive
Very slow Internet
Very slow Internet, it come and gose anytime, leggings makes you press things you should not have.
I live in hawthorn Victoria which is inner city Melbourne, unbelievable stay away, I'm leaving next payment circle
This plan has terrible connection
This plan has terrible connection. I live in the inner suburbs of Melbourne and even when I go inside shops or sometimes even my car I lose all connection!! it's ridiculous. the only good thing is that it's really unlimited data. If you want a good reliable connection, I definitely don't recommend Felix.
Great onboarding, no second e-sim for Apple Watch
I was really happy with the onboarding experience. Some phone companies require you to receive an e-sim by post which totally defeats the purpose of- so being able to instantly establish my service with Felix was a major plus. I’ve found the coverage to be acceptable - however one big gap in the service is I can’t add a second e-sim for my Apple Watch which means I may need to end up moving to another provider
Hello from Somalia
Hello. I am from Somalia. My whole family is from Somalia. We live off of the land of our forefathers who grow in the earth for survival. Back home I selled my wife for internet conect. Disgraceful business and Scam company
Signed up and paid and then the app asked for my ID for an identity check
I used a passprt as the app said it accepted passports. it wouldn’t accept it and kept saying not valid (which isn’t is) . after speaking to there so call customer service they gave me some rubbish story and wouldn’t email me a refund confirmation and I had to fight through PayPal to get a refund.
Worst mobile provider ever.
I have set up a plan for my dad who has had 2 strokes and is non verbal. We where having trouble connecting the SIM card so went onto there chat page (as there are no other ways of communicating with them).
After letting them know my situation they refused to help me in anyway until they spoke to my dad (this is after informing them his is non verbal and had massive issues communicating)
I find them completely unhelpful and completely insensitive to our situation.
Only why I could get them to cancel our plan with them as I was sick of having to explain myself was to put a stop payment on the direct debits with our bank.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Really good value for money
Really good value for money. Super easy to switch from previous provider as well. Have switched about 6 months ago from Vodafone. Since they use Vodafone network I found it to be the same product for less money. Only con is the spotty network Coverage in rural areas but that's fairly standard for any network so 🤷🏻♀️
Quality service and affordable price
I have used the service of Felix for years and never had any problem with them. Fast mobile speed and okay coverage. Unlimited data for a reasonable monthly price. Paying the bill is also smooth and mostly automatic. You have to download their app but I don't complain about that. The Felix app works well.
IT IS VERY FAST AND SMOOTH SPEED. BETTER THAN MY PRESENT NBN signed the felix and start to…
I signed the felix two months ago and really happy with Felix. The speed is very fast and smooth. It is really much better than my present home NBN. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Felix.
Recommended to all.
IF HAVE SOMEONE INTERESTING TO SIGN UP AND ACTIVATE WE BOTH GET BONUS $35 IF YOU USE REFERRAL CODE "HW00203"
They charged my monthly amount
They charged my monthly amount, but 3 days later they shut off my service due to an error in their system. They support was unapologetic and blamed the issue on me for not checking my emails!!
Too Frustrating
Tried joining Felix mobile but all too hard. Received simcard and tried to activate. Couldn't get past email & password. Uninstalled & installed app twice as advised by cso. Can't speak to person, only communicate via chat. Gave up & signed up with iinet. Don't have time to waste trying to get something to work nor have tech knowledge.
Poor coverage for rural areas
Great sustainability and environmental initiatives which I would love to continue supporting but unfortunately I do not recommend them to anyone who lives outside a city. Vodafone towers don't reach rural areas and I spend a lot of time with zero service which is a real shame as it works well when I have service but I can't pay for something that I can't rely on.
Highly recommended telco
Great telco company, i switched to Felix Mobile almost 12 months ago and haven't had any problems. Internet speeds are great and fast i can hotspot to my playstation without interruptions. The refer a friend program really hits the top of the cake, great little bonus! The staff working for this telco are amazing people!
