They don’t take Discover cards
The service is okay, unfortunately they have a limitation as you cannot use Discover cards as a form of payment, thus making the service useless for me.

Facing harmful legal consequences for trusting Felix Pago
First transaction... almost flawless. Excellent exchange rate, not in minutes but within a reasonable time frame. Second transaction: Exchange rate lower than what a commercial bank would pay in the receiving Country; still counting on the speed, I proceeded with the transaction. 24 hours after charging my account, no money has been received by the recipient, my server provider, and obviously, the service was cut due to non-payment, affecting my company and customers. A complete disaster. Last response received after hundreds of automated messages and no way to speak to someone, just WhatsApps... YOU WILL HEAR FROM YOUR TRANSACTION WITHIN 15 DAYS. Just be careful.

Possible Identity Theft
I was provided a link to Felix to submit payment for a deposit. Felix, the company has a WhatsApp business account, to which I was prompted to their website to give my credit card information, a front and back photo of my government issued I.D., and a live picture of myself, from left to right. However, twice, it indicated my transaction would not go through, yet it collected this highly confidential information. I called my credit card company, who said Felix tried to initiate a zero-dollar transaction, which they approved and said they do not have any problems on their end, and that it would be a problem on Felix's side. I was not (yet) charged the amount, but I believe this can be identity theft as Felix only says they are sorry they cannot process the payment.
Edit* I received the below reply from Felix, though it does not address the core problem – possible identity theft. You mentioned higher amounts require more verification; however, my credit card company informed me it's a problem on your end since they allowed the transaction to occur. You still did not process the transaction, yet collected these highly private information that only the Internal Revenue Service would collect. Also, your parameter of "high amount" seems to change from your replies to other complaints. And the amount I requested was below that parameter.

Lies, Untrustworthy, Fraud
I am helping my spouse send money to Colombia for a home purchase and Felix Pago has failed to refund me the second Envío. The first one was successful after multiple delays and now that I sent a second payment they lock me out of my account and WhatsApp sends the same message and no agent will help me. It’s all automated.. I have proof that they lied that the transaction was submitted and that I was already verified and the money was released and a few days later they said they needed more information. They lie, they won’t get back to me to send back the $2,000 usd back into my account. This company is not worth the hassle. They don’t have a call center. Stay far away from Felix Pago. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again. If I don’t get a response to resolve in 24 hours I will take legal action with my bank against Felix Pago.
