Very bad customer service and incorrect fines. I was using the Felyx bikes, i always left the bike behind in the unrestricted areas. But a couple of times i left in a restricted area for 30-45 minu... See more

The bike wasn't working and yet I was charged 5 euros for the ride- which I didn't make. The customer service is non-existent, I reached out 3 times and they don't respond to my messages. I was refund... See more

Scam you on parking fees
Scam you on parking fees: Unlike with all other mobility services, you are supposed to get a parking ticket, every time you put the scooter down somewhere, not knowing for how long (as you don't know when the next person will pick it up again). Other providers have parking fees in public areas included. What happens is that you end up getting fines from the police in your mail. Terrible customer experience.
NEVER rent a Felyx scooter!
I rented a Felyx scooter to drive from Sloterdijk to Ceintuurbaan Amsterdam, a 10-15 min drive, at 0,30 per minute max 4,50 euro. Arriving at Ceintuurbaan I couldn't park the scooter because of a GPS issue @ Felyx. This problem persisted for 4 hours. Then Felyx charged me 4x 18 euro. After me complaining they refunded me and gave me 10 minutes free drive. I couldn't meet my clients, I couldn't get rid of the scooter, it cost me the whole afternoon. And never Felyx said sorry, they were only sorry that "I felt so bad about their service" making it my problem, and not theirs.
They have given some refund.. We have booked felyx on 20th of July…
We have booked felyx on 20th of July 2021 and we couldn’t stop felyx parking because it was saying we are not in service area. We could not find service area via felyx maps and roamed in same area for 35 mins and felyx charged us 18euros for the same (we travelled only 7kms) so more than double plus problem was not resolved. We paid more than double. Worst service.
Plus maps of felyx is worst. It was moving even after we stopped moving. Really Felyx needs some improvement in there user interface, felyx maps, atleast show address where to park so that we can copy that address and check on google maps and understand where to park.
Finally called customer care which got connected after 15 mins and then she stopped out bike till then we kept on paying

I’m super disappointed
I’m super disappointed!
As usual (almost every day) I took scooter from Rosmalen and I didn’t had problem while taking it, but today when I came back there was no green zone....
No one notified me that it’s not a “service location” anymore and I had to go back to Den Bosch and 6km by walk back to Rosmalen.
I called the support and they didn’t do anything to help me. At least not to take my money because of their mistake!
Next time NOTIFY people about these things, because I lost money and a lot of time!!
Think twice before renting a Felyx-scooter
Better think twice before you rent an e-scooter with the Felyx-app. You can only park the e-scooter within their 'green parking areas'. This suggests that you are allowed to actually park a scooter within those areas. This is not the case. In some areas you are not allowed to park your Felyx-scooter and you will receive a fine (EUR 90,- + EUR 10,- 'service fee' of Felyx) for it. To make things worse, it takes more than 6 weeks before you receive an e-mail from Felyx including your fine. In the meanwhile, you are not aware of the fact that you are not allowed to park your Felyx scooter within the green parking zone indicated in the Felyx-app.
For me personally, this meant that, three weeks later, I parked my Felyx scooter in the exact same spot again and got fined again for it. So: two fines of EUR 100,- for parking my scooter on the exact same location. However, I did not know that I was not allowed to do so, since still had not received the first fine.
If you try to reach their customer support, you will receive an automatically generated response. Most definitely not the customer support that you would expect from the market leader in the Netherlands within the scooter-to-share market.
After this experience I will most likely never use Felyx again, but try their competitors such as Go Sharing and/or Check, instead.
I just started to try it out for 2…
I just started to try it out for 2 days. I like the idea, the app is good, but it's too expensive. 12 euro for 5 km drive to the centrum and back. It's insane.
Be careful with this company!!
Be careful with this company.
They charge you for just signing up to their services, before you can use it. They have hidden fees and I don’t think this company is professional at all, the customer service is not quite able to handle queries from the users! Stay away!!
Be careful of this company and as usual be careful of what info you are sharing with company and what they are doing to it and how they handle issues.
I signed up for felyx because my husband received some coupon codes in the mail and he encouraged me to use the service so that i can get free minutes and he can get the same too. what happened next was unthinkable, i ended up sharing IDEAL info, linking it to my ABN Amro account to pay 0.40 euro sending in front and back of my drivers license and even keying in payment info so that they have my credit card on file. after all this ordeal they refused to verify my account and i thought i’ll create another one because this one might be faulty and the same nonsense happened a second time. i’m over this but it’s important for other users to know what you could be potentially getting into, with sharing info, getting money deducted from your account and not getting anything. be careful take care people.
Excellent Customer Service!
