Im very pleased and happy with the experience of using FFF. They were so helpful in finding a car for my needs. It was so much easier using whatsapp as communication between myself and them. I spoke with Gill to begin with as a warm welcome with them, and then Barry was amazing at finding the right car and setting everything up for me. I would definitely recommend these lovely people for sure.

I’m reviewing this company after just under three months of using the car they sourced for me. I always feel it’s important to give a balanced view…
Pro’s are it’s convenient and can be quick using their WhatsApp communication to buy a car, they also do their utmost to source finance for you no matter your credit rating. Even late at night and on weekends.

Cons - Which far outweigh the convenience of a third party company sourcing your car in my experience…
I really wasn’t ever sure of who I was dealing with in terms of human interaction, I’m also now stuck with a car that has multiple issues and the only communication is through Whattsapp. They haven’t called me, or responded formally to my email.
I would warn anyone to be mindful that you’ll need to sign your finance agreement before you pick up your car or even test drive it. For example I didn’t realise my car would have particularly noisy indicators until I picked the car up. When I picked the car up the dealership also found their communications with FFF to be less than professional- one line emails for example and slow replies.
The location could be a good hour or even many hours away from your own location. So if repairs are needed expect the dealership that female friendly finance use to make you go back to them; even though the finance company they used told me female friendly finance would sort it so a local garage closer to me could fix the problems. Female Friendly Finance did not offer to assist or ensure I’m not spending my own cash to get said repairs done. The most that was offered was a courtesy car. That didn’t help me getting to the dealership in the first place though and would have involved me paying the fuel there and back and childcare costs as there was no guarantee of the car being repaired within the time frame of school pick up.
Customer service, originally helpful and happy to search and search for a suitable car. However the minute you raise an issue it’s put back on you as the customer and pointed out that you signed documentation.
They don’t go beyond what is basic in terms of after sales support, they are argumentative and need chasing up for responses.
I’m now left to sort out a faulty car that I bought through this company less than three months ago. All at my own cost as I can’t travel to the dealership that they sourced for me to purchase the car from. It’s interesting that they call themselves “Female Friendly” given they’re happy for a single mother to foot childcare costs, extensive fuel costs just to get a car repaired that they sourced.
Be prepared to be told repeatedly that you signed paperwork and for no accountability to be taken from this company in terms of actual tangible help. I really regret using this company as I’m now left with a faulty car after less than three months of signing the agreement with them, and with another 57 months worths of
payments to make. I would really recommend avoiding them at all costs. No doubt you’ll see a contentious reply to this review, which I would consider a huge red flag in and of itself.

I had an amazing experience such a quick reliable company literally got approved in 1 day and owned my new car 2 days later. John was on hand for my many questions and always replied super fast. Highly recommended

It's difficult to articulate in a review just how wonderful this company is. They contact you via WhatsApp, find the right finance package for you and keep you updated at all times. They liaised with Arnold Clark and me until everything was in place and my car ready to be picked up. Rachel was who I dealt with and she could not have been nicer. She answered all my quesrions within minutes and had my finance done within the day! I cannot recommend this company enough. There is a reason they have basically 5 stars from everyone. Their customer service is outstanding. If you're wondering whether to use them - you should! You will get help from start to finish and at the end a car you love. Excellent company.

After my head gasket blowing on my car, I was ridiculously stressed at the thought of finding a new car, I contacted Female Friendly Finance on the Friday evening and by lunch time Monday I had chosen my car, and had all the finance in place. They couldn’t have made it any easier if they tried, all done conveniently by WhatsApp so I could deal with everything as and when I could between working. Barry sent me cars and provided me with guidance then Hannah completed everything. Amazing company. 100% recommend

Amazing experience with them. Deal sorted in 2 hours! All the stress was taken out as they dealt with the Dealer directly. I picked up my new car 5 days later! This is my second time using Female friendly Finance and i honestly cannot recommend them enough, they are fantastic. They listen to what you need, help you from start to finish and really go above and beyond. It is so refreshing to deal with such nice genuine people.
