Signed up via an offer I saw on Instagram, it was a 3 month offer - nothing else. I immediately contacted support to get help to cancel my subscription as I wasn’t using the product. 3 month later I got charged for a full year and I contacted support immediately only to be told I couldn’t get a refund. Horrible service DO NOT USE!

Do not subscribe to this service! They have auto-renewal set up and will charge you without any clear reminder, hiding behind the excuse of "uninterrupted service." The app itself is completely useless — there’s no new or valuable information that you can’t easily find in other free apps. Don’t fall for it like I did! It’s a total scam. They’re not making money by providing quality content but by tricking people into paying renewal fees that no one in their right mind would willingly renew. Save your money and stay away from this app!

Do not use it/subscribe for it ! Autorenewal set and charges you without any reminder! They cover it under "uninterrupted service". The app is useless. No new information, you couldn't get in other apps that are free ! Don't make same mistake and do not subscribe for it! Total scam, that's how they make their money, not by providing information but by charging renewal fees that no one would otherwise renew !!!

Why are there reviews from Men giving 5 stars on here? Well because it’s a scam just like the app itself.
Filled with nonsensical information that is generic. Oh and clearly they have a hard line on refunds so you may as well have this app sour your pregnancy. Well done on being just dreadful.

I signed up for the Femia app through their website, enticed by the offer of a 3-month free trial. I never received a confirmation email for this trial, nor did I get a reminder about the costs or auto-renewal for the rest of the year. This lack of communication set the tone for what turned out to be a very frustrating experience.
Recently, an annual subscription fee of £66 was taken from my account without any warning. I reached out to customer service immediately, within hours of noticing the charge. Unfortunately, their response was nothing short of terrible—there was no lenience or understanding of my honest mistake, and they flat-out refused to provide a reimbursement. I even suggested I would pay for the current month but wanted the remaining 11 months refunded, yet my plea was met with a complete lack of empathy.
The app itself is also a big disappointment. Despite claiming to provide personalized information, it’s essentially automated and doesn’t adjust based on individual menstrual data. It stubbornly insists I ovulate on day 14 and assumes I have a 28-day cycle, even though I clearly updated my cycle length to 32 days in the settings. This kind of blanket approach makes the app highly unreliable—if I were genuinely trying to use it for pregnancy planning, the information provided would be completely inaccurate.
Even when I input a positive ovulation strip, the app doesn’t adjust its predictions—it still assumes I ovulated two days before. This rigidity renders it practically useless for anyone looking for accurate, customized support for their menstrual health.
All I want is a refund for the annual fee that was taken by mistake. I’ve been willing to pay for the month I’ve used, but getting this through to customer service has been impossible. There is no empathy or understanding from their side. The experience has been terrible from start to finish, and I’m incredibly disappointed in both the app itself and the support team. Would not recommend.

*Added after shameful correspondence: please stay away from this scam. They lie and make consumers think they are stupid. I should have seen a text box, received a mail with an overview of my subscription etc. None of that happened at the time of my purchase, June 2024. Perhaps it changed meanwhile, but to me (and many others I see), they are just full of lies and nonsense. Unethical app and a total rip off.
Original: Used this app with a three-month trial for three months now. Although I appreciate being able to log important information easily, the app is inadequate. It is fully automated and absolutely impossible to adapt it to your personal reality. For example, ovulation is always at 14 days, impossible to change that, despite it being totally incorrect in my case. The AI chat agent keeps repeating the same information and is therefore useless. Also, pregnancy loss - which is a common and painful experience - is totally ignored by the app.
And then let’s talk about their illegal automated renewal for a ridiculous amount of double the price. The automated renewal is NOT mentioned in their purchase conditions and it is NOT announced before issuing the fee. This is illegal under EU law. And then, when contacting their “service”, I get three automated replies that provide me with wrong information. It seems that this whole app is a robot, and that big money is made by misinforming women who desire to become pregnant. Pretty nasty business that I’d recommend anyone to stay away from. Better use Flo for a free and easy way of tracking your cycle.
Added: Also, how is it possible that the only positive reviews here are written by persons who do not have a menstrual cycle and for whom this app is of no use?!

The app is not bad but It doesn't really get me excited. I've been using it for a few months with no results yet, but I'm still hoping. Are there any tips the app can give to improve the chances of conception?

Reply from Femia
Basically, Femia is easy to use but it didn’t give me quick results like I hoped. Still waiting, but not losing hope yet.

Femia helped me understand my cycle better, but I wish there were more personalization options, especially in the premium version. Are there any updates planned to improve data accuracy? It would be awesome if the app could sync with other health trackers.

I like that I can plan my doctor visits through the app and keep track of all the necessary exams. Super handy!

I really like this app - it helped me understand my cycle better and track ovulation without any hassle. It's super convenient to have everything in one place. And the best part? The app actually worked! After a few cycles, we finally got a positive test!

Absolute scam! Have contacted multiple times to cancel a subscription I never signed up for and they still continue to charge. Do not engage with this service in any way!!!!

I signed up for a 3-month trial expecting personalized plans and valuable insights as advertised. What I received was the exact opposite: generic content that did not align with their promises. Their marketing suggests you’ll get personalized, tailored solutions, but in reality, the app is no different from countless other generic offerings.
I stuck with it for the full 3 months, hoping that the value would eventually show, but it never did. After realizing that this was not what I paid for, I decided to cancel the subscription. The cancellation process was frustrating—they instructed me to cancel through Google Play, but no subscriptions appeared under my account. I even removed my credit card details to ensure no further payments would be charged.
I went the extra step and emailed their support to confirm my membership was canceled. Despite this, as soon as my trial ended, I was charged for another 3 months at a much higher rate! They retained my credit card information without my consent, even though my Google Play account showed no active subscription.
Since being charged, I’ve emailed their support team two or three times to resolve this, but have received nothing except automated responses with no actual support or help. From my point of view this company is engaging in unfair practices by holding onto payment information and charging unhappy customers without consent.
If you’re considering signing up, DON’T. Report any issues you encounter to your bank, Google Play, and your local consumer protection agency. This app should be banned for these deceptive practices. Stay away from this scam before they trap you too!

Everything, from daily tracking to helpful tips, is made with the expectant mom in mind. The paid version was totally worth it, especially for the personalized reminders.

Reply from Femia
It’s a waste of money. It is set as auto renewal but with no reminder. You are unable to see this subscription on Apple account neither and you have to contact them for cancellation, which typically comes late after the renewal. Avoid at all cost. The content isn’t any useful and I stopped reading any articles after few days even though I made 3 months subscription which I regretted a lot as they charged 3x more for the auto renewal which i weren’t aware of at the sign up.

Everything is super organized, from the contraction timers to the daily tips. I feel like I've got everything under control and know exactly what's happening with me and the baby every day.

My Wife and I would Give Minus STARS If Possible, This Company is a Total And Complete Scam. Misleading ads, no tailored plans, just generic info, customer service sucks, 3 different email addresses only one responded until they don’t and when they did it was generic information, support-w@, privacy@, support@
Deleted App in August it was not accurate, generic information misleading so it was of no use to me, so I deleted the app and thought that ended my subscription because it was not in my subscriptions in my apple subscriptions. Then I was billed on September 3rd to my surprise, I sent them an email explaining the, and they said I had to email them to cancel, they never sent a renewal notice very shady tactics, I explained this is unethical to bill months later and then say in the email you must cancel a day before they bill you. This company is unethical, unprofessional and unreasonable.
You can't cancel through Apple ID like other apps. I was unaware I'd be charged again, and when I requested a refund, they refused, claiming the terms were clear. This company is immoral and focused on money, and the app itself is not worth it. Instead of refunding, they offered a free year of the app, which I don't want. It's useless to me.
I decided to contact Chase and let them deal with this now, this company is a JOKE! And will eventually go down like the sinking ship it is!

Don’t not download the app! Waste of time and if you register through their website it opens a whole lot of issue, avoid at all costs. I was using the app the fall pregnant, a stress free time however it’s cause a load of issues of worrying as I had no reminder of renewing payment came straight out. The customer service hasn’t been great so far, I’ve ask for a refund but they feel it doesn’t fall in to their criteria for this. I’ve had no correspondence from them beforehand to prep/ warn me of renewal and no conformation emails/ proof of invoices/receipts. Nothing. I’m not even sure my subscription has been cancelled. I wouldn’t recommend this app. I’ll be looking forward to an email Femia to get this resolved not just an automated reply like you’ve done with the other poor ladies on here. This is not acceptable and is not okay. If enough of us report this hopefully you’ll listen and start resolving rather than dismissing.
