I have been using this product for about 6 months and it has helped improve my menopause symptoms, most notably brain fog & hot flushes. Customer service is good and delivery is quick and efficient. It isn't a cheap product, but it definitely seems to work. I was hoping it would also help with joint pains but I haven't noticed any significant improvement, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

I was suffering a lot with symptoms of menopause and had decided against taking HRT because of the side effects. I chanced upon Feminapause when searching for alternative medicines for menopause. Read the various reviews and most of the comments resonated with me. Decided to give it a try and hot flashes, memory fog started easing. It has been a great help in relieving the symptoms but my only gripe is the cost. Other than that it's been a massive help.

I am on my third bottle now of these and can honestly say although they haven't completely stopped, the flushes have reduced greatly.
I will continue to take these unless I become immune to them.

I wasn't sure how well feminapause was working until I stopped them, my flushes have came back more severe, however I couldn't afford £40 every month unfortunately

I have been taking for 4 months now and definitely feel better with it than without. I ran out recently and my joint pain came back with a vengeance. I have not suffered with my night sweats since taking either. I recommend, but wish it was cheaper. The reason for the 4* instead of 5* is the price and the fact the delivery is always late. Maybe start using a courier service?

Its an expensive product, although they do offer discounts from time to time. It did help with my sleep, but I did suffer side effects, once a month, loss of appetite, nausea, tiredness and stuffy nose. I believe it is the CBD oil in it.
Customer service are not so helpful if you have a complaint, only if you want to buy. Since I stopped taking, the symptoms ceased. I do not recommend.

I was so optimistic about this product reading their 5* reviews. But alas I found I spent lots of money for two months supply and it has made no impact to my symptoms at all.

Be careful as it asks you to give 6 weeks to see an impact and therefore you have to buy two months . This might not be the saviour you wish for. I did provide feedback to say I was disappointed but surprisingly the reviews on their page are only the glowing ones.
