Questionable company

Not sure why I'm still getting all these ridiculous messages from this company. The transaction happened since 11-2025 and I tried to resolve it but you all were playing games. I've since moved on. I stand by my review that FEMMFANTASTIQUE is fraud.
I have provided my email address multiple times to receive a refund but never got any refund. My bank offered me a temporary refund pending their own investigation. Upon completion their investigation, they took back the money because they said they reached out to the merchant and informed that FEMMFANTASTIQUE already refunded me and case was resolved which is completely inaccurate. So I'm done with this company. I don't want to hear back from you again. Move on as I have. Period
