The Femometer ring is a cheap piece of crap. It died and stopped connecting to the charging case after only a few months of using it. The hardware of the ring also started to chip and rust after a few months. The white color is also so ugly and a weird style of ring that just looks bad with everything. It’s cheaper than other health tracker rings for a reason, it is cheaply made and falls apart quickly. The customer service is so bad.

This is a trash and scammy company that doesn’t honor its return policy. All THREE of the rings I tried broke, stopped working, or never worked at all. Complete waste of money and time. I tried to let them rectify the issue and wanted to love this product, but they’ve been giving me AI responses and keep saying they will issue the refund, then DON’T. I have been going back and forth with their customer service team for MONTHS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Durability warning for Femometer Ring (2nd)

I purchased the Femometer Ring (2nd Gen) June 2025 for $175, hoping it would be a durable and high-quality product. Unfortunately, by August I noticed a visible scratch forming across the outer surface, and by September the ring had completely cracked in half. The outer shell then separated entirely from the inner electronics, leaving the sensors and internal components fully exposed. To make matters worse, the charging box only works when it’s open, which seems like a poor design choice. When I contacted support, they said:“Our rings have been drop tested and will not break unless there is external force. In addition, the ring is IP68 rated and you can wear it while washing your hands. If you mind, we can send you a replacement.” They did, but the first ring cracked and fell apart within three months of purchase, which shouldn’t happen to a product at this price point, especially with no external force. I’m sharing my story so you can be aware of potential durability issues before buying.

Shit customer services, shit products lagging app…

I've been using femometer ring for two years nearly. Last year I had someone damaging my ring at work, so work got me a new one.
Not even a year later the ring started playing up, and although customer services are quick to answer any queries. They give you a bushit explanation and no solution to how to fix the issue, apart from charging it for 5 minutes. The ring is meant to give you 7 days of battery but it only lasts 2 at a max. And after going forwards and backwards with customer services, they refused to exchange or fix my ring as I didnt have an order number....
Also the app is lagging and always giving you points( you can convert them into coupons and use in the shop)
