Such a great customer service
Such a great customer service. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel it. I reached out via email, asked if it is possible to cancel the subscription after I already signed up for the yearly membership. They responded immediately and refunded fully my money.

Amazing customer service and great storytelling!
I tried the free trial and it was amazing, definitely recommend!!! The stories are creative, the audios are high quality and very ingenious, it’s quite an immersive experience. I had to leave because I am student, sadly, and when I forgot to cancel despite thinking that I did so, customer service was super helpful!!!

Wonderful customer service! I tried the free trial, which was 2 weeks of free usage - with an email received before the trial end to notify that I should cancel now if I didn’t want to be charged. When the mail was filtered as junk by gmail - the subscription amount was charged from my card. I wrote and explained the situation to customer service and got a reply same day, with a refund no questions asked. So kind and effective. Refreshing with such transparent and kind service!
