Ordered aluminum fence from Fencing Direct, everything came exactly as ordered and after install I ended up 1 post and one fence section short - Tim worked with me to waive the shipping charge and I was on my way. Highly recommend for their service!
Ordered aluminium fence from them and didn't get the posts.The shipping company they used lost them and was told it was my fault so I am out 250 dollars and tax . I would not trust these people and I wish I could leave 0 stars.
I ordered aluminum fencing from Fencing Direct and I dealt with Tim. I had a few questions and he answered all of them and helped me order exactly what I would need. I installed the fence and then ordered the remainder of fencing I needed to complete my backyard surround. Tim could not have been a bigger help and I highly recommend FD to anyone thinking about doing it yourself!

I would give a 0 star if I could. Ordered fence from this site. After 2 months of waiting, it was delivered with 13 wrong posts. I contacted them and they told me I ordered the wrong ones. To which I replied, why would I want posts that don't fit? All the pictures of different posts were identical. I assumed they would let me return the wrong ones for the correct ones. They said I had to buy $400 more of posts and they wouldn't swap them out. I have never dealt with such a crooked company. I would suggested going to Home Depot or Lowes. At least they won't stick you with $400 of crap you don't need. Totally unprofessional.
My wife and I were looking for an aluminum fence to go around our new pool. We order lots of larger ticket items online and experience with many online retailers. Fencing Direct had what seemed to be a good product with competitive pricing. Long story short, we received the fencing and supplies in perfect condition. No parts were missing. Installed, it looks great! Problem is, I ordered one less fence panel section than I needed. My wife wasn't happy. I called knowing that current eta's were probably a little longer than normal because of Covid. Tim said he would do/rush what he could. We received the panels (I ordered one extra this time, because my wife told me to :)) in less than two weeks I believe. He also rushed a gate latch from the manufacturer, because I had loat one of the pieces.
They really were great to fix my mess of not ordering enough product and losing a part!
I promise, if I need any other fencing, I'll look here first!
